- Watching the Jersey Boys story unfold, the
accuracy of the stage show, Joe Pesci's involvement in getting Gaudio into
the Four Seasons, Tommy's role in the band, his first successful song 'Short
Shorts', getting his high school diploma, the hit song 'Sherry'.
I always loved the 4 Seasons all my life.
Bob Gaudio is such a talent...and good for him for getting his high school diploma as an older adult. He certainly didn't need it...but it says a lot about him. I know lots of singer/songwriters, and I especially admire the songwriting process. Bob Gaudio is someone I'd love to meet someday.
I saw this group play in the Summer or 67 or 68 at the Atlantic City Steel Pier and I enjoyed it. Bob Gaudio wrote some beautiful songs.
Bob Gaudio is King! What a great great songwriter!
Best songwriter who ever lived
The amount and quality of hits this man has written is amazing. And oddly enough, am I wrong, one of the youngest people in their 70s I've seen. A certain youth is still stamped on his face. A proper hair cut and he could pass for someone in his early to mid 50s.
I really admire Bob Gaudio and he's still so handsome!
Gaudio is amazing. Beyond the great songs he wrote for The Four Seasons, he also wrote and produced for Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, Eric Carmen and Peabo Bryson. He also produced several albums for Neil Diamond, as well as writing and producing for soundtracks like The Jazz Singer and Little Shop Of Horrors. This cat has some SERIOUS game. Not to belittle the other Four Season's members - because there was a group chemistry there - but IMHO, they wouldn't have had nearly the amount of success that they did had he not been a part of the group. Oh, And I'd give my left kidney to look like he does in his 70's...I know people in their 40's who don't look as youthful as Gaudio does in his 70's.
@ikiewaynedurham correct. very underrated. very successful. singer, songwriter, producer, etc. worked w/ superstars like m. jackson, d. ross, n. diamond, f. valli, etc.
You are amazing
he also wrote the theme from "Happy Days!". im seeing it tonight! wohoo!
Bergenfield hs was my school.Bob Gaudio dated a friends' sister on the next block,I remember him picking her up in his brand new caddy
He is my god
I always did like the song from the movie Ski Party...Paintin the Town from 1965.
Charles Fox and Norman Gimbel wrote the Happy Days theme.
That hair is crazy
really cute
How is Joe Pesci Funny? Funny how? What - is he a clown? Does he amuses you? How the F@#k is JOE PESCI FUNNY?!
