I can finally watch this and not get sick to my stomach about 2011! The Texas Rangers are finally World Champions!
As a Rangers, I agree with you
agreed
Same here. 2011 is ancient history!!! GO RANGERS!!!
@chriscozby4686 same here, been a fan since 2003
Same here my man
Finally i can watch a compilation like this and not be struck with sadness of 2010 and 2011. WE ARE FINALLY WORLD CHAMPIONS! TEXAS RANGERS BABY
This Ranger's lineup would have destroyed that Cardinal team in four straight.
We'll get ya next year, GO DBACKS!
@@safeplay2522 The Dbacks are great. If they get more power in their lineup to match their amazing speed they would be unstoppable.
Jase_Gamez, I'm with you. The dismal memories have finally been torn and smashed to pieces and bits. The song 🎵 lyrics are "Bye losing, Bye dismal time dearly. Hello World 🌎 Series, Welcome home 🏡 to Texas."
the 2021 World Series is kinda hard for me to watch without tearing up. I remember my (now passed) grandfather watching the game in the hospital battling kidney cancer. At least he was able to watch his favorite team win before passing away. 1954-2021 R.I.P Papa, miss u so much.
I'm sorry for your loss
Keep your head up champ!
That happened to my grandpa in 2008. He was a New York Giants fan and he was happy to see his team win the super bowl because he passed away a few months after.
Im so sorry for your loss

The 1993 walk off was insane. Almost not every MLB team can even clinch a back to back World Series champion just like the Blue Jays in the early ‘90s. Hats off to Cito Gaston.
As a Texas Rangers fan I remember 2011 so vividly and it still brings me pain. Watching the Astros win a title kept adding to that pain but thankfully in 2023 BABY WE DID IT!!!
I love it how Bruce Bochy became the rangers manager and helped win them the WS after he won his first WS against the Rangers in their first WS appearance. Couldn’t imagine how heartbroken you guys were.
Astros won 1 title not 2
@@Cod_Logic yeah. The 2017 WS doesn’t count.
I feel ya Yanks were three outs away from four straight Mariano couldn’t nailed it down

As a Rangers fan, as much as I hate the Astros so much, gotta admire how 2 Texas teams went back to back with World Series titles. Crazy bro.
Try winning 3 world series in a row and going to the world series in 6 out of 8 years in a row then talk.
@John-mw8fw try shutting the hell up and not make something about your team when they were never mentioned.
@@John-mw8fwand then try going 15 years in a row and choking every time in the playoffs.
@@John-mw8fwcry about it kid who’s better now Adolis Garcia owns astros

I was so happy for the Cubs when they won the World Series in 2016. I think Cubs fan waited 108 years.

2005 is when I noticed the change in the pixels. It became more HD quality.
That was the first HD feed, yes (you can also see the switch to 16:9 aspect ratio from the pre-HD 4:3 - the US, unlike some other countries like the UK, didn't have a period of SD 16:9 broadcasts).
One of my friends was a White Sox fan, and her family sold their Game 1 tickets to buy a first-gen HDTV so they could get a great view of all the games, including the road ones. Last I checked, that friend still has and uses that TV.

Jim Leyland has always been THAT GUY.
Sad he only got the one WS win with the 97 Marlins.
Mr. Leyland will be inducted into the Baseball ⚾️ Hall of Fame in the Summer.
U think Mr Leyland would be smoking now in the dugout if he was still managing? Lol
At least he FINALLY got his well-deserved due from Cooperstown.
Thanks a lot for making the updated compilation! I appreciate your amazing work!
It's still kinda bonkers that Back To The Future Part 2 was only 1 year off in their prediction that the Cubs would finally win a World Series.
We went to Alternate 2015.
Yeah, but not against “Miami”.
@@ForceMaximus84 Yeah, the Miami Gators 😂 (of course the irony is in real life, the Cubs lost the 2003 NLCS to the Miami team (then known as the Florida Marlins)
If you count the 94 strike, they had the right number of World Series though
thank you for taking time out of your day to make this
Even though my Orioles aren't in any of these videos, it's great to see some of so many long futility streaks end over the last 20 years, especially Cubs fans.

That 2013 WS still gives me goosebumps. I was so happy that night. It didn’t feel real at the time.
As a giants fan, that early 2010’s run will forever be near and dear to my heart
And the manager Bochy has been awesome, as a rangers fan y’all had an awesome team, sucks to be beat by the giants, but y’alls manager made up for that in 2023
2001 still hurts…!!
Yes 💯 the worst loss ever
But you have 27 other wins so quit whining
Cope harder
I promise you no one outside of New York wants the Yankees to ever win a World Series again
Or in New York - Let’s Go Mets!
The Yankees have enough World 🌎 Series titles. That only leaves Colorado, Milwaukee, San Diego, Seattle, and Tampa Bay. The whole divisions ➗ will finally be complete.
@@andrewfrantz5502 Rangers were the last of the original 1961-1962 expansion teams to win a World Series. So now, San Diego and Milwaukee (class of 1969), Seattle (class of 1977), Colorado (class of 1993) and Tampa Bay (class of 1998).
I promise you we don’t care

Wearing a shirt that says “Texas Rangers World Series Champs” is still an unreal feeling to me sometimes, but I’ve gotta believe it because WE CHAMPS BABY!!!
Their time ⏲️ was due too.
2023 as a Dodgers fan, I congratulate Corey Seager as the MVP.
1996 I get goosebumps every single time!
As a Mets fan, seeing all your division rivals + the Yankees win one in this video & on top of that be on the losing end of one just speaks as to how tough it is being a fan of them. Maybe one day 😢
A humble Mets fan. That’s nice to see.
Won’t be long that’s a super talented team there in NYM
Man, i was born in 08, and i missed out on the white sox 05, and i'm sad that I'll probably never get to see my white sox in the World Series 😢

Texas Rangers World Series Champions Baby !!!!!!!!!
Their time ⏲️ was due too.
Who else is watching this that are rangers fans? 🙋♂️
The Atlanta Braves were not the team of the 90s it was the New York Yankees
At the time he said it though, the yanks hadn’t won since the 70s
As of October 1995, the Braves had the best record, most division titles and league pennants, as such they were viewed by many as the team of the 90’s. Fast forward 4 years later, the Yankees would win 3 World Series in 4 years (2 against the Braves) and that trumpet the Braves.
Ironically it was Bob Costas that called the Braves the team of the 90’s in 1995, after their World Series win. Four Years later he announced the Yankees as the team of the 90’s.
I’m Canadian so I hate the Rangers, but what they did this past year was special. Congrats to them.
Compilation of Joe Buck sounding inconvenienced to be there
How the guy called games for this long should be considered wage theft. What a fucking joke
He’s better now but yeesh
@@beakfast6978 only series he did justice with the call was when the Cubs won it
@@happybeingmiserable4668 The 2004 Boston call was pretty good
I’ve watched this over and over and over and just realized that when the Rangers won, the guy in the white shirt on the right flips them off as soon as they win. 😂
As far as the Yankees and their 27 World Series wins, that is a record that probably will never be broken.
I love the one graphic for the dodgers. It should have been theirs from 2017.
That was 7 years ago. Get over it.
I was born in 1988. In 1988 there was a Leap Year, Election Year, Year of the Dragon, & the Olympics...TWICE (Winter in Calgary. Summer in Seoul).
I was born in a football state but in a baseball family. I still live in this football state, but I want to move. I have the time to move, but not the money. If the cost of living was like Chicago, NYC, SF, LA, or Honolulu in my state and city, I would have moved a long time ago. That is why I am still here.
My family is either Yankees fans, Mets fans, or Mets fans when the Yankees suck. I am the oddball of the baseball family. I am a Braves fan. Chop Chop. Been a fan since 1993, 5 years old, & on the same day that the fire happened at Fulton County Stadium. These days they would cancel the game. Instead, the game was on. Fred McGriff, the Crime Dog was the talk of the entire MLB for the entire month. Now 30 years later, soon to be 31, still Chopping & still a Braves fan. I got to see two WS titles. One as a kid & the one as an adult.

1998 - best TEAM EVER.
that’s the first time I’ve heard that call of the 1993 World Series.
As a Mariners fan, I will not be seeing my team at all in this video.
Think positive. The Mariners could make it to the World 🌎 Series in the Fall. Wildcard team likely.
2017 should honestly be overturned!!
It was 7 years ago. Get over it.
give me all the times when trashcans are banged in the postseason
Yankees in the late 90’s with 3 straight (should have been 4) were the greatest team ever!
As a Dodger fan i watched that 2020 World Series game quietly in my living by myself. I celebrated with no one because it was an empty unsatisfying victory. I'll take it but i dont clame it or compare it to the others.
Still can’t believe the Nationals beat the Astros in game 7. Also a lot of teams have celebrated a World Series win in Houston
I forget. Did the Astros cheat to win their first title, or was it their second? Or, was it both?
First title.

2001 was epic for our Dbacks being the first Championship in our city and the fastest expansion team to win a WS in MLB history!

Joe Buck’s final World Series call
My favorite thing is too see the Cardinals and the Braves win the World Series all the time
It's funny watching so many teams win on the road in a row (2014-2021, of course counting the 2020 neutral-site series in Texas), that by the '22 Astros, I was almost starting to forget that, yes, teams are actually able to win the World Series at home.
And on a similar note, Joe Buck was on the call so much that hearing anyone else comes off a borderline jumpscare (although at least Joe Davis is also a good announcer)
Final outs of each world series except there was no final "out" in 93,97 and 01.
No need to nitpick. Just enjoy the video.
I’ve witnessed a Bucks and Packers championship in my lifetime as a Wisconsin sports fan, so I can’t really complain. But man i’d love to see the Brewers win one someday. (It’s never happening)

It’ll always be the “what if?” year
Letting Juan soto walk was a dark day in nationals history. Especially now with all the young talent rising and knowing that he could be thriving with them.

1995, 1997, 2007, 2016. Please MLB let Cleveland or Colorado get one, so much. Those 90s Indians teams deserved to win one but never got it

Go Braves!
It's STILL the greatest WS ever--AZ stopping NY 4 games to 3 and winning the 2001 Series! ⚾
That series was unbelievable but it still hurts
For 2005, I am sure you meant Chicago White Sox
So rude of you 1994!
Should say "final play", the Carter homer wasn't an out lol.

Such an apathetic call for the Red Sox.
As good as those Braves teams of the 90s were, they only have one World Series title to show for it.
2017?

That was not the final out of the 1993 WS. HAHAH!! Actually, the final out of the 1993 WS was when Devon White flew out to LF two batters before Joe Carter's HR.

I usually give Joe Buck grief for being a terrible announcer for Yankee games he does but it’s oddly comforting that he sucks no matter the team.
as epic as it is, Joe Carter's home run shouldn't have been included because you said every final OUT not every final PLAY
Or the marlins walk off against the Indians or the diamondbacks walk off against the Yankees
No need to nitpick. Just enjoy the video.
