I am no real fan of Michael Cohen, but he does seem to have actually learned his lesson. I find him credible at this point. If he is in fact rehabilitated, I wish him well in making amends, or at least moving forward trying to balance his karmic debt.

Cohens attorney Robert Costello has come forward and said Cohen is lying on the witness stand under oath, Mr. Costello can talk because Cohen signed a waiver for attorney client privilege when he was trying to make a deal with the SDNY, Mr. Coltello warned Cohen not to lie then and he says Cohen is lying now as well. Cohen can't be trusted, he is a serial liar.

The prosecution still has not identified the crime Trump supposedly committed. They are still trying to bootstrap onto a federal election finance law that the FEC looked at and said no violation and they are trying to use the federal law to activate a state election law. This case was a dog from day one. Further New York has no authority to try federal law and the federal law they are trying to bootstrap to the FEC looked at and said there was no violation of federal campaign finance law. Trump has not committed a crime.

The judge is *mostly* treating Trump like anybody else - 11(?) contempt charges would put almost anybody else in a jail cell.
All the legal minds say the gag order on Trump is illegal and unconstitutional but judges get away with them because by the time you get it to a court who would over turn it the case is over and it becomes moot, so that allows judges to violate the constitution. This has to be corrected and severe penalties handed down to judges who violate the constitution.
If Michael Cohen doesn't get a movie deal, I'll be very disappointed!

If Cohen would had any real evidence he would have given Trump up to the SDNY to avoid going to jail.
