For b side recs where to start lmao if you want rnb then kingdom come, underwater, iced coffee, perfect 10, cool hot sweet love are great! more upbeat tracks then i would rec zoom, bye bye, so good, one kiss, in and out. For ballads i would recommend in my dreams, eyes locked hands locked, light me up, pushin n pullin. For title tracks upbeat i would do Russian roulette, red flavor, umpah umpah. For more chill i would do bad boy, automatic, and one of these nights. Basically any track from them is a hit tbh you can't go wrong they have explored so many genres you will for sure like a least a handful of songs!
I second this. Great recommendation 👍 I personally prefer their Velvet stuff. Automatic, Look, Light Me Up, Kingdom Come have been certified gold in my household 🏅 Meanwhile, Perfect 10 and Underwater are permanent residents in my "Freakin between Sheets" playlist 😶🌫️
I just discovered your videos, I can’t wait to watch the rest of your redvelvet videos! I do wish you would have watched a different guide only because I don’t think this one really did the members justice when it comes to their talents especially with their vocal talent but I’m sure you’ll be able to find out their true vocal capabilities are you discovered more of the group!
Recommend Red Velvet's Killing Voice ep and some B-sides I like include Kingdom Come, Bye Bye., Underwater etc Since their debut the girls solidified their Red (Happiness) & Velvet (Be Natural) concept with their first two released MVs contrasting. The girls are versatile with some of the best vocals/harmony in k-pop. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on their discography over the years.
44:03 since you mentioned Toni Braxton, there is actually a singer who is compared to her a lot named Lee Ji-Young, who is a member of a group called Big Mama. They debuted under YG entertainment in 2003 as an all-vocal group, they don't dance. All of them are also vocal coaches and university professors now, earning them the nickname Professor-dols. If you haven't watched it already, I highly recommend their Killing Voice!
