What great craftsmanship the guy has with the slates. The Pubil chicken looks so delicious. The tortilla look very similar to ( sada Roti) its a type of roti in Trinidad. I enjoyed the video 💕

Since I heard you say it's your last day in Belize, I guess you have come to the end of the series. The food looked delicious especially the chicken dish. That's what you call "fire on top, fire below". The tortilla does look like chapati, naan or Trinidad sada roti, except that it didn't swell. Those artisans are so skilled and they make the carving, though very intricate, look easy but time consuming. Very good work. So now, what's next? I guess it's wait and see. 🙏✌️❤️🇹🇹🇨🇦
