I had bought and built three homes with my ex husband, but buying my first home by myself, putting 20% down, I felt so proud. When you work hard for a long, long, time, it makes all that hard work worth it when you succeed. Proud of you girl!
Kudos on the new address..I bought my house in 2019 right before the pandemic in 2020 ...Homeownership is the only way to have rent control..You understood the assignment, stop paying someone else's mortgage. Investment in real estate is essential..I am a staging student so I watch everything related to home life as part of my studies.. 👍👍👍❤❤❤
