It definitely is a turn off for some. I’m finding in the late game it slowly becomes less relevant as income increases and you can afford to buy additional cards more easily.
@@pickingupsteam6267 It is pretty unnecessary and doesn't add anything of any value. It is just a "This is different please buy" feature. A simple build menu is just objectively better no idea who would have thought that would make for a better game.
I tried playing this game with my PC - RTX 2060 Graphics card. Initial experience is good. However, when at the highest speed and many populations, there is a drop FPS (under 30fps)
I think it;s a bit of a leap to describe Banished as the "grandfather" of these sorts of games. For many folks, Banished is seminal (not me, I thought it was very meh), but I don't think I could call it the grandfather.
Whats the use of having neighbors and territories? No combat, no armies, no anything military... kingdoms? More like sleepy villages reborn.. plus the map is actually small, smaller than banished maps... Banished and life is feudal villages are morw dynamic.. song of syx has provinces that you can occupy and also lets you manage a standing army of 14k(largest ive seen so far) all the while you needing to manage your capital..
How comes Banished looks a thousand times better? Also What about people who bought Banished, who probably expected multiplayer in the future? Instead that game is now tossed away, if you want anything buy our game again. Nice.
This game mixes citadels, a card table game and banished. I liked your review, it was really informative. Leaving a like!
You convinced me to buy it :)
I generally refrain from buying early access games but I think I'll make an exception!!
What do you think of it so far?
Mic volume was a bit low, otherwise fantastic video thank you
Doomed by these words
"Card based"

Thanks for the review, it helped me :) leaving with a like!
Glad I could help!
Eh. Not a big fan of the multiplayer aspect. I like my city builders to be single player. Can you play this in SP?

Thanks for the review, this looks really good.
Excellent review, thank you!
the card bit really makes me think of Catan aka a great way to start a fistfight on family game night.
I look forward to playing this
Was your mike in another room? Can barely hear you.
