You really should drive if you want to see Limone in 4 hours. Drive will take about 1 hour and 30 min each way. Limone is a place where you can see everything in one hour or you can spend a day there. If you are short in time, 4 hours is plenty of time to enjoy this beautiful town. There is no really cheap way to get there by public transport. You can take a train from Verona to Avio, but it's still about 30 min drive from Avio. The best way is the car 🚗 👌 I hope it's helps.
