I love seeing the massive jig you’ve made to keep everything consistent and to reduce weld warping.
would love to have seen how the safety mechanisms work to prevent unwanted lowering while hauling.
Whats it carrying a tank ... far to much weight and steel for carrying the weight of a car or small plant machine.
Drooling over these sweet trailer's! Too bad not every company over builds their trailer's like this!
Thanks! We always aim for quality over quantity, so appreciate the compliment! :)
How do you have your air bags mounted? Where do the spindles get mounted? Do you guys use drop axles or something else? I'm building my own bagged trailer but can't seem to figure out how you guys get your trailer to sit on the ground
We mount our airbags under the frame and the spindles are attached to our own suspension design. With a conventional trailer drop axle, it isn't possible to get nearly as low as our independent setup can. It would still be better than a normal trailer, however.
Nice work!
Thanks! :)

I'm interested, but need to talk to some one up there, to talk about it
Nice work man to shabby for a lad from NZ, just a suggestion for the next video try filming it in landscape mode then we can see more of the trailer etc.
Thanks! This one was shot for mobile (mainly for upload to our Instagram and Facebook accounts) so was filmed vertical. There's a few vertical vids already filmed that'll likely also get uploaded to UA-cam, but will also try to shoot some landscape footage as well in future. Appreciate the feedback :)
