Hi, I have bought a Fuji film instax printer SP-1. When loading the film into the printer, the black sheet did not come out. The green light on the front is flashing. Does this mean there is a jam? - if so, how do I fix this? Another issue I have encountered is that I am unable to see the wifi connection for the printer on my iPhone 4. I've tried to add it but it cannot pick up the wifi connection. I've only seen the printer come up once but when clicking on the instax share app it says "turn on printer" and the printer is already on. I can no longer find the printer on wifi connection and have not yet even printed one slide out. Could you please help??
+Joanne likesherownway i brought it to the service centre. it is dependent on the packet of film used. it worked fine using the packet of film provided at the service centre.

I have not used my sp1 in quite awhile. I tried using it today, and it's telling me that I do not have the authority. I need to go to terminal setting screen and give the authority. How do I do that?
When i print out , the picture blurr .should i replace anything from the printer? Before this not like this. Nice colour and picture. After 1 year it going to blur

I am able to bring up the WIFI connection but when I go into the app to settings or anywhere in the app it says: "You cannot excute the function because you dont have the authority. Please sign the authority on the terminal setting screen". What does this mean?
+Joanne likesherownway Boo! I would try anyway. It's not like you changed your mind - the product is defective. If that doesn't work, then try to contact Fujifilm and see if they will exchange it.
:< i bought it from a shop which the warranty is from the shop itself not fujifilm... not the fujifilm reseller though.... hope they can change a new one for me... :/
Farah Yazid If they're white spots that's xray or light damage...put in a new film pack and see if it fixes(Completely new pack not from same box or shipment)

you can buy AC adapter to charge those right from the SP1 printer, it has a 5V connector

I could only take it out by brute force. The first piece would be wasted.

mine said couldn't connect, but i went ahead and printed it and it worked fine and then said it was connected

Hold power button and reprint button at the same time. Printer will turn on. Then try to connect to it. Default password is 1111

from what i know, the printer does not reqire any ink. The colors come out using light technology or something from the film itself

I had that same problem! I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it worked!
Ah, so when I put the film in, the plate never comes out, and all if the lights blink green.

For somehow , when i printed it has 2 or 3 spots in line when film developed . Do you know way to fix it ?
