Thanks for the review...I actually have both the duo pack for the cardo freecom2+ and the exo-at950 coming form cycle gear. I ordered the spirit hd pack but they were out of stock :-( the newer version had over the air updates and usb type c charging..both would have been nice. however, this does everything else the newer one does plus it was $230 on sale...love saving money. :-) Are they still holding up for you?
quality is ok Today i had the time to mount it in my helmet, replacing the 35€ Chinese com, but as i tryed it out, well, no difference I honestly thought that the Cardo name is one of the top products but i see that for this price it is not My Chinese Mornystar M3 for 35€ is better Even controles are more friendly to moto gloves M3 has pause button, 2+ does not M3 has easy Radio connection with one button only M3 has shuffle option, 2+ just skips music.... Sadly, i can not recommend this over cheap Chinese coms
I believe you can connect to other brand headsets. I am not 100% sure, but I have read somewhere there is a way to pair with additional riders. I know this one I purchased was the two radios that were synced together already. With a range of 500 meters. But, I did see there is a workaround to get it to connect with others if they are not running Cardo brand headsets.

I have same helmet it all fits it’s actually fits like it’s made for it.
There are cut outs for wires to be routed and for speakers.
Can I attach an earbud style headphone?

You can connect to 1 rider up to 500m. And UA-cam can connect with otter brands
Sadly I don't feel the same about my cardo freecom. Sound isn't that great and sounds like your in a tunnel. Rider to rider also crackles a bit.
What kind of motorcycle? Must be a Harley. Did you trade it in yet for an Indian?
