The condo was okay but 5.5 million…..definitely not worth it. No land,etc. I live in a very expensive area but that’s crazy.

Another amazing tour with beautiful appointed homes. Can the condominium really be priced in the ballpark? The last home was fresh and tight.
Condo in the Santa Barbara area start at about $600K and can get up to $6-7M.
What? No rain head shower nozzles, painted white beams, no Wolf range or similar, at this price point!😮
