    When I was in high school (80-84) I wanted one of those Badge a Minute Kits so bad. I was certain it was my road to financial freedom! Never got one so now I’m selling on eBay for my road to financial freedom.

    Hi Roy! Great video! It was fun to "source with you"! I rooted for a item which you picked up that I'd spotted - then learned about another item which I didn't know about! Something for everyone. Thank you, my friend! :)

      @@RKTreasureCenter Oh, it must be frustrating when you see something that you missed! Still, you have a good eye and picked up a lot of very nice sellers! I remember the rains in Texas from when I lived in Houston and that looked so familiar. Well done, for traversing the rapids of the flooded city! :D

      @@RKTreasureCenter church ladies rock...they knew you were buying a bunch so they treated you good...all the members donate that stuff then it's sold to financially help people or help fund their programs for kids or field trips..it's pretty square.. they want it all to sell and I mean fast.

    Great video, you do have to be careful with the cameras. Some brands won't bring much. Olympus is my personal favorite brand as I usually do quite well with them, especially the silver zoom series 35 mm with the sliding front cover and the built-in flash. I routinely get $50 to $60 bucks for them in good working condition.

    Might sell those wooden salt and pepper grinders as a lot of 3. Some folks put other spices in such as all-spice. Might throw away that Vivtar camera and lump the film together for the Pentax camera.

    Just recently found your channel, love it and just subscribed 😀 😍. I did have a question, I picked up a few old video cameras and photo cameras for free, any advice on what to do with them or how to sell them? Thank you!

    • @RKTreasureCenter
      @RKTreasureCenter  2 роки тому +1

      If you can test them, even without film, or know the work. If not thats ok. Then list them and put in the description what you know about them. Whether you sell the as work or for parts. Working is best. List them as vintage if they are really old. So old cameras are collectable.. 👍

      @CaseyLeviPinkham 2 роки тому +1

      @@RKTreasureCenter awesome, I appreciate the help. Thank you. That's what I was thinking, test them and put them on Ebay. However, a lot of them need the old old charging cables so would it really be worth buying all the cables?

    • @RKTreasureCenter
      @RKTreasureCenter  2 роки тому +1

      @@CaseyLeviPinkham I wouldn't. People can buy them elsewhere or some may have the exact model with accessories and they broke their camera so the need just the camera. 👍

      @@RKTreasureCenter okay, yeah that sounds good. Thank you. Also, sorry one last question, I'm thinking about slowly starting thrifting things, any advice on particular things to look out for? Cheers

    • @RKTreasureCenter
      @RKTreasureCenter  2 роки тому +2

      @@CaseyLeviPinkham my best advice is buy a few things...not alot or you will end up with a big pile of unlisted inventory. Also buy things at the lowest price possible before buying pricier things. For instance buy a few things for a dollar or two that will sell for $10 to $20 or more. Don't forget to factor in shipping. Whether your doing buyer pays or free shipping. Be sure to look at ebay sold cops for the average sold price and not what people have them list for. You will do great.

      Another way to get a shipping box is to look through recycling bins and resize/make your own boxes from cardboard if you're tight on money.
