Have you tested out egghead bonney over 5c shirahoshi? With a majority of the deck being egghead you could tech in "re-quasar help" or "brilliant minds".
I love O-Nami especially combo’d with Katakuri but I feel like Rocket Luffy is more proactive. He is a good attacker, has pseudo-block because people will focus him, he has trigger like both nami’s, and he also draws you a card. Overall I think it comes down to play style, I feel like Rocket Luffy has more to offer in this meta than O-Nami but if you like O-Nami def give her a try!
@@AshuraxGaming-pd4qy I feel like O-nami is just a better version of luffy since you will barely never use his secondary effect (5 mana destroy 4 and draw) and even in that case nami op08 still does the same. against luffy14 even rebecca becomes 5 cost so rocket luffy wont destroy anything. maybe s-snake for that spot is better but Im still testing on how much nami and onami are needed

4c Kuzan is amazing for Black, I always tend to remove it first chance I get with Nami or Rocket Luffy. I used the Eggman deck building website!
why rocket luffy over o-nami?
