I've seen a lot of decks without stage. I recommend trying that. It allows for a different play and more pressure with safety of your characters. I been playing vegapunk since he came out too. It is frustrating but with the new stuff it's easier now.

I love O-Nami especially combo’d with Katakuri but I feel like Rocket Luffy is more proactive. He is a good attacker, has pseudo-block because people will focus him, he has trigger like both nami’s, and he also draws you a card. Overall I think it comes down to play style, I feel like Rocket Luffy has more to offer in this meta than O-Nami but if you like O-Nami def give her a try!

@@AshuraxGaming-pd4qy I feel like O-nami is just a better version of luffy since you will barely never use his secondary effect (5 mana destroy 4 and draw) and even in that case nami op08 still does the same. against luffy14 even rebecca becomes 5 cost so rocket luffy wont destroy anything. maybe s-snake for that spot is better but Im still testing on how much nami and onami are needed

4c Kuzan is amazing for Black, I always tend to remove it first chance I get with Nami or Rocket Luffy. I used the Eggman deck building website!

Hey there! Love the insights on the deck. I want to know ur thoughts on potentially running 2 other OP-08 character 1) Lapahn who can KO a 4000 character with 2 dons attached when attacking. He can combo with Wapol or blocker chopper to remove up to 7000 characters. 2) The 3c 4000 Chopper that can cheat out a 3000 animal on play, both hiking bears and lapahn can be a target for this, plus they come into play active. Let me know ur thoughts on this and what you would hypothetically take out for those.

Have you tried it against rob Lucci? If yes, how's the matchup?

I definitely think Lindberg can be used instead of Morley if that fits your play style better! My reasoning on Morley is that with so much removal we are constantly building an evolving board so both funding and sticking multiple Karasus is a hard task but definitely not impossible. I also like having him as a pseudo rush luffy since being able to churn 1 out each turn and ignore blockers can be pretty good. RY Sabo is super flexible so definitely tinker and use what’s best for you!

Of course! The 3 Kikunojo in the list used to be the 10c Kaido and Linlin. In games I noticed I never had a great moment to play the 10c so I switched it to Kikunojo since this is a great card for the deck, flexible with its cost, good body, can gain you life and great trigger as well. Keep a close eye out I will have an UPDATED Pudding list as 08 gets closer for the western format

Bricking is a no go in Enel that’s why we have so much counter besides our top end 😂

I’m EB01 I feel it was correct to have her at 4 for consistency into black which is where I feel the deck struggles most tbh. Green and blue matchups don’t feel terrible to use this card since they expend ressources bottom decking or resting her. RP Law is a nuisance right now but even in that matchup a late game shira can be critical since they must choose to bottom deck that or something else. And I’ll be honest I don’t even think about the RG Law matchup since I think we eat that deck for breakfast most days

Kiku is an offensive powerhouse that can be difficult for your opponent to deal with and without the added help of Ace in OP07 she helps provide both pressure on board and a way to stay alive since your opponent will be forced to KO Kiku at times to stay alive. This list can be played full starve or more aggro depending on the matchup and board state, sorry for late reply!

Personally I felt like Ace wasn’t needed to win green matchups and while Ace is helpful against RP Law I didn’t feel it was so helpful that it needed to be included as it does hurt searches in this deck. Not to mention this deck also needs as much counter as it can muster. In the end tho there is not an end all be all lost, tweak what you don’t like and make it your own!

RP Law it’s important to mulligan for a hand that is going to be productive and fast. You’ll want to race RP Law and do value tempo plays against Lucci and Enel, all three will aim to reduce your board each turn so your job to keep it filled and deplete their hand size

Reject can be subbed in for 5c Sabo if that’s your preference, I prefer Sabo because of counter in hand and he is a relevant body to pressure board and life. Amaru did not make my build but you could always cut one or two cards from a couple of the 4 of’s to make space for an Amaru or two
