I was told no nails, I went with nails and they were fine and I was having a section. I also wore a full face of makeup but they asked me to remove it 🤣
I was told about having nails in the hospital: that the docs can tell when something is wrong with you/complications by looking at your nails. You should always have bare nails. Or clear nails. ❤

You guys should try parchment paper for baking - seeing Jack struggle to get those pieces of chicken off that foil brought back memories of how much I used to HATE doing that, and how parchment paper changed everything for me! Still use foil if I need to cover something, but parchment paper is life changing and nothing sticks to it. Just a thought!!! ❤

When your dog smelt your belly you could see the love and joy, brought back fond memories of my beautiful dog who would smell my belly and get all mushy when I was pregnant with my son, she passed away sadly but she did get to meet him 🥰

in glasgow queen elizabeth you’re allowed nails. as long as the gel isn’t tooo tooo thick but i’ve had it on for both boys. i didn’t have my toe nails done but yeah you can have it on. i also had spray tan on 😂😂 bear in mind i had c sections twice and that’s what the guidance is usually for (worst case scenario prep)
I've had my nails done when giving birth to all 3 of my babies and it has never been an issue. I think it used to be a big issue but now it's such a regular occurrence it's easy to work around

I feel your pain with the kicking. My first scan I was told by the sonographer that my baby has really long legs. Was told she was in the 99th percentile, she was 10 days late and 9 pound 1.5 oz but she was all length not a bit of chub on her long. She continued the above average journey and thankfully now her height is slowing down at the age of 13 lol. The hip pain, if it continues ask your midwife to get referred to physio for a hip band. Then again you might not get seen before baby arrives, I don’t know what greater Glasgow nhs is like for waiting times but Ayrshire and Arran is bad. I wish you well and relax. My dogs are allowed on the couch but they sleep in the livingroom in their beds x
I'm 19wks & my round ligament pain is absolutely killing me. I have to brace myself before I sneeze or I feel like my stomachs split open 😂 so much fun growing another life ❤
