I often read comments on UA-cam, criticising such like videos. I totally disagree with those kind of negative responses. I (and loads of others) am so glad that people like you can find the time and can be bothered to share your experiences to us all on UA-cam. Thank you so much. You are a time saver. And time is precious. Carry on the good work. All the best mate.

I agree, what does annoy me with the manufactures, if your luck you might get a small recipe book with totally useless things in it. But every day thing like how long and what temperature to choose when your doing basic things like bacon, or mushrooms or sausage, any normal things that people use there’s no guide lines at all it’s left to you to guess, also a guide to what temperature the cook food should be when cooked. I have to google each meat, to make sure that it’s right, and it’s so easy to overcook food as when your used to a normal oven.

Watched this last week with a sceptical husband. Bacon, eggs, and tomato for tea tonight. And last night he made your fish finger pie! Thanks, OFG. You’ve got a new sub 👍

great video. you have a lot of patience. tried to fry an egg in the air fryer. yolk did not cook. white of egg went all over the side of the pan and up into the heating element. burning and filling the apartment with smoke and a burning smell. this was only after 2 minutes. my air fryer is a small fryer. never again!

I did some boiled eggs in my airfryer Keith. Didn't realise i got the temperature of a usa website 😂😂. They went off like bombs when I put them in water. Took me hours to clean up the kitchen mate 🤣🤣🤣

Well, I expect by now you’ve achieved your goal, boiled eggs in the air fryer, but just in case you haven’t dared to do it again, I’ve just watched another chap take 4 eggs numbered each one, 1 to 4, he heated the airfryer for 2 mins, placed each numbered egg at the four corners, turned temperature up to 200 and cook for 10 mins, at 7 mins he took out number 1, at 8 mins he took out no 2, at 9 mins he took out no 3, and at 10 mins he took out no 4. The 7 and 8 minute ones would be lovely for dippy egg, the 9 minutes one was not quite hard boiled but the 10 minutes one was hard boiled, as he took each egg out he put them in cold water, all were good just depending what you wanted to do with your eggs.

I use some silicone oven sheet in the bottom of my air fryer. I have one solid one and one with holes punched in to give better circulation. Just put them in the dishwasher when dirty.

Excellent !! Thanks for persevering until it came out right, and for sharing the experience. I was on to my 3rd failed air fried egg and was about to give up but thanks to your excellent vlog the 4th one came out perfect and I've noted the time and temperature. Subscribed and very definitely a fan.

The small, passive, oven, i have, never tried this but i'd be interested to know how quick it could could cook, a single egg? No chacne of me getting it correct 😢, To my mind the test itself is really interesting, and each result, will be slightly different, yeah, in conclusion an absolutely bloody great video, kind of a really good learning tool, for how to get the best out of each cooking device, that anyone might to expect to find in a domestic kitchen. Getting eggs perfect, can be achieved, but they are delicate, especially in this context, so the knowledge gained is good for timiings, in future dishes. Definitely a thumbs up, 😊 for this video, thanks.
