    You are the best art teacher and I never had an art teacher. The way you explain the techniques has really helped improve my drawing. For now I am doing fashion illustrations and I am still struggling to get my own style but I love watching your tutorials. Thank you so much

    Your voice is so calming and so nice im leaving these to watch to sleep. With all due respect, sir. Your work is splendid. You actually make me sit through an hour tutorial and actually do what you teach because it makes sense. Thank you for doing this.

    man this brings back memories of having work experience at a newspaper catoonist's office, his hand was steady but the strong smell of acetone with the constant use of liquid paper was ever present at all times, thank god for digital art and the genius tool that is procreate

    I can’t stress enough how fantastic this video is. My biggest issues in drawing derive from the issues you have stated. I love this so much. Thank you!

    Commenter number one, I'm apart of your FB group and Instagram followers. I'm new to art and UA-cam. Thank you for this topic but I have trouble with line weight, lining and inking. Thanks so much

    Tip… if you press and hold on the eraser you will get the same brush as your brush tool

    This is a really helpful video, I do wonder thought, do you have a video on lineless art? And if not could you do one? Im trying to do lineless but I dont have enough layers for the way I learned for some of my more complex drawings.

      It’s all about the canvas size...make it big! This one was a 3000x3000 DPI canvas

    I have seen a number of your tutorials now, and noticed you always go to your tools menu to change the opacity rather than tapping the 'n' of the specific layer you want to change.
    Is there a reason for this or is it just how you've got used to using procreate through its version development?
    Great tutorials by the way! 👍

    • @BeeJayDeL

      It shows up better in the video and is easier to follow/see for viewers.

    Hi man you can reduce opacity by pressed the n letter on the layers

    • @BeeJayDeL
      @BeeJayDeL  4 роки тому

      Well aware...it’s easier to see for people watching at home doing it from the top adjustment menu

    Other artist recommend not to draw on white background, what is your thought? Also do you ever pencil sketch on paper and scan to procreate?

    • @BeeJayDeL
      @BeeJayDeL  4 роки тому

      Really depends...a lot of time I will draw on a grey or light brown background (for my videos I draw on white just to make things easier to see on camera and to help with color correcting/white balancing later in the editing process.) I tend to work digital from start to finish...I never really scan stuff in.

    Are you able to do photoshop versions of the brushes?

    • @BeeJayDeL
      @BeeJayDeL  4 роки тому +1

      Unfortunately no-these are built from the ground up in Procreate using their brush engine.

    "streamline"....I kinda compare that to "french cure" (of curve tools). theres a YT artist that use them and basic shapes

    How can I buy your brushes from Russia? I don’t have a PayPal

  • @psemond72
    @psemond72 3 роки тому +1

    Anyone saying this isn’t art clearly isn’t actually watching. How many tools are there for “traditional artists” to make perfect circles and curves? Protractors, stencils, French curves...etc. The purists always have something to say about everything. Usually something not well thought out...
