I felt a slight increase in body warmth which was very comforting. And I felt a sense of love for myself. I think because my thoughts were put in a distant place from my focus. My focus turned to the feeling of comfort that was created. Thank you for being my guide to finding peace. I feel great!

In the beginning you ask us to feel all of those different body parts. I had a hard time doing that unless they were being touched by floor, clothing, air, etc. Otherwise it was only my imagination that could “feel” them. This is a wonderful meditation Thank you so much

Hello...I've been trying to feel the Wi energy and doing this meditation for a few days now.I can feel the energy strong in my minds . The thing is the after focus on it for a while I feel a sudden surge of energy in my head.It feels stuck in there for a while.How do I release this energy?

Hi: Are you aware of the fact that you have , like 5 ads interrupting the FLOW of this "Meditation" video? IT IS VERH ANNOYING! VERY, VERY, ANNOYING. And to make it even worse I was enjoying your video enough that I hung in there right up to the last ad at about 6 or 7 minutes. Then I just had to tune out. Instead of having a calming effect, your video was Stress-Enhancing. I don't like writing negative comments, it takes up my valuable time that I could be investing in a more positive arena. I however thought you might get a bit of positive motivation from my comment. God Bless
