Look at the road size of india.iske width itni hai pura road gher liti hai.yeh indian traffic mein nahi chaligi.
Then you don't know about this truck and who own trucks. Trucks are popular is US and Canada coz of bad weather and good road condition (coz they have very big roads, so they have no problem to own big trucks like this and petrol price in US Canada is cheaper than India coz they produce oil by their own).
While in India we have gully to drive and that gully is full of illegal encroachments nor we have bad weather conditions like North America.
For road condition of India own good suspension vehicle rather than huge trucks.

keep in mind US cars have a different Body and the cars made for INDIA have a totally different body, this will stand out of every car on road obviously, major reason of this is linked to area and the road in which the car is driven as u can see the car is humongous on Indian road and will not necessarily be or stand out in US mainly because they have big roads and more land as compared to INDIA that's why this car will be equal to driving a truck ( 0:01 ), similarly if you see TRUCKS IN US AND COMPARE THEM TO INDIA you will have an idea how different cars are not only in size but power too.
