I’ve been looking everywhere but I haven’t seem to be getting any answers, I wanted to know, can you get this vehicle configured in a right hand drive for us South African based operators. Or Australian based operators?

Toyota Hiace are manufactured in Japan. and there are many right hand drive variants available.
But it will still depends on your distributor if they are willing to order, import and sell the vehicle in your location.
Currently here in Philippines, there is a long waiting list for this model variant due to low number of units coming from Japan.
