I would have liked to seen a better description of the interior. Open the back door, show how the seats can be configured, and describe the upholstery.

Before the newest generation came out, the main reason the HiAce was not allowed to enter the US market was the lack of safety due the the engine placement. If you got into an accident in the older models your legs would have gotten crushed in between the engine.
It's not a improvement on old model but improvement in cost with lower specs, longer dimension means more difficult to maneuvere, lower ground clearance, good luck to the uneven roads in the philippines

Honestly it needed an update but this model is so damn ugly. The previous version the looks was so much better. This new look honestly just looks like a bigger Toyota voxy or Toyota Noah.
The design has to do with safety and etc. In my opinion it does look good , it now has hood and good thing you're not sitting on a Engine anymore and on thing it does look like a bit of a Ford transit Van in my opinion.
Toyota are the John Howards of the van making world. For all their engineering skills (as with John H’s political savvy) their heads are so far up their/there arses ( as with John’s “work choice” plan how can we forget) they now actually insist I should have two sliding doors because I’m so keen to take my tools out on the suicide (is it even mentioned once? probably the only excuse they have to tag the cost of this new expensive tool). They insist I bring it back every 10k/km’s because I love & I miss sitting in Toyota’s service waiting room. They’re sure I’m to going need a LWB for my extra long driver bit extensions & I definitely I definitely need a V6 petrol but not a V6 Diesel. They’re sure I don’t want a standard bulk head or cargo barrier because they’re sure I’m part of the cargo and without even asking Toyota‘s brilliant think tank they’ve installed the 65ltr long range fuel tank because they know how much I love to stop and fill-up whenever it’s possible. Of course Toyota’s rocket engineering department banned the barn doors, whatever kind of use could you or I have for that? Three cheers to the lab coat crew yeah... It’s almost as if they’ve run out of things to innovate with & are building anticipation for the next upgraded 2035 model upon the things they intentionally left out of this one.

I don't know but I'm sure it can do up to 150 or more, but this vehicle is not meant for that kind of speed ,it's a Utility vehicle.
