Hi Soumya Watching your videos I purchased Mi Robot Mop P, for my duplex house. And I am very happy with its performance, no more dependence on maid. Thank you for your reviews and suggestions
I feel Viomi SE with its price reduction and further bank offers which puts it at 16500 is the best vacuum in this price range considering the Lidar scanner , mapping features, better suction power, battery life and great customer service support! What are your thoughts?
Hi Shriram! At the discounted price - definitely yes Viomi Se, MI or Realme could be considered. This is a good option for ppl considering lower priced option as the bank offers would be available for this too or need a remote for sure. Good entry level option 👍
Was planning to buy to dis model after reading the reviews in Amazon. And Fortunately u had made a demo video today. So with no more second thought planning to buy dis model which is also into my budget. Thanks dear.
You might want to double check the IR thing. Ideally it shouldn't need light. camera based ones need light, not the IR ones. I did use mine in darkness, had no issues. Good to see more B rolls. More product visuals are good to see. Hosting is fine, not complaining, but more product videos seem better. Else you can also show the products in person as well instead of just presenting orally for the non product video part.
Hi Anil! Thanks for sharing. I had that doubt too, but they confirmed that it does need light. Yeah! When I have the product, definitely will include B rolls! Thanks for your kind feedback 😊
@@TheGrapevineIndia that's definitely wierd. The IR sensor itself emits ir light and looks out for reflected light. It should ideally work irrespective of the external light source. Nonetheless, try out at night and see if there's any practical diff in it's path. Also, for those videos where you don't have the product itself, you can use images or videos. Say for example samsung launched a dishwasher, they'd make a promo video of it, so you can use parts of it and just the credits. Will help in better understanding with actual visuals i suppose. If at all doing that makes a difference in the views/engagement, you might continue, else go back to the regular presentation format. :)
Hi Vinita, thank you :) S8 pro has no app (remote only), smaller bin but does have a higher water bin capacity. From a suction and battery life point of view - both are the same. They do give a free electro wall with the S8pro - which you have to buy separately for the B5 max.
Love your videos!! neatly presented and to the point. I am concerned about lengthy hair (Girls !!!) all over. Any model that picks hair instead of tangling it in the brushes/wheels. Also any issue if water droplets on floor while dry vaccum.
Hi Manasa, thank you :) Almost all will collect long hair. It may get tangled in the center brush, but that can be easily cut off and the brush put back. Normally hair does not get stuck in the side brushes. Only very long hair can get stuck in the center brush. Some models like this amzn.to/3BltjUq also give a blade which can be used to remove that.
@@TheGrapevineIndia Thank you for the answer. I am planning to buy b5max. I think wetting the floor isn't an option as there is no mop only facility. Water could get sucked into the vaccum. I might go for b5 Or s8 pro
Some reviewers have mentioned that because it does not have the brush at the bottom, even the hard floor cleaning is not up to the mark. It's also the same reason why it's performance on carpets is not as good as those with brushes. Thoughts?
Hi Tanuj, many of the lower priced models don't have a bottom brush. But the cleaning on hard floor is quite good. The model I use also does not have a brush at the bottom and it is quite decent.
How are the robot MOPS? vacuum cleaners are GREAT for dry cleaning of floors but the wet mopping leaves a lot to be desired. It would be great if you could review dedicated robot mops.
Hi @drhtum, mopping in a robot vacuum is just ok. Dedicated mopping only robots claim to do a better job. My point of view is - sweeping is SO GOOD with a robot vacuum that mopping everyday becomes redundant. But yes, I will review mopping only robots soon.
How much time will it take for sweeping and mopping for a 2100 sqft flat ? Is It's battery time is sufficient for this carpeted flat? Will it complete sweeping and mopping in 1 time???
All your videos are very clear, useful and informative. I have a question? After looking at the comments below, i am not sure whether to go for this product or Viome SE. I see around 4k price diff. whats your suggestion. The only concern i have is given my house i would prefer one with lesse height. Can you please share your thoughts
Hi Padmanabhan! So there are a few things to consider - 1. B5 Max has a slightly lower height of 2.99 in compared to a 3.7 in in a Viomi Se 2. B5 Max has a larger dust bin of 600ml but a smaller mop bin (50ml only) compared to Viomi Se. So if your main use is for sweeping - B5 max is ideal. But if you predominantly want to do both - Viomi SE may be more comfortable. 3. B5 Max does not save maps - so you cannot schedule by room and you cannot accurately determine the areas cleaned - compared to Viomi SE which has all this. If you are looking mainly for a basic handsfree robot vacuum with a remote - a B5 max is ideal. If you want something more advanced, a Viomi SE is ideal. Hope this helps to make the decision. Here are the links for both - amzn.to/3DgV9BF and amzn.to/3eL6QG0
Sorry One more question, I am looking at a more advanced version, how does ILife V80Pro compare to Viomi SE. How is the preformance and Service. Thanks in advance.
Hi, I am using ilife A9S since last 7 months. It has a facility for infra red wall so as to not allow the robot to cross certain areas which is very helpful. You have not mentioned if infra red wall is available in this model. Please comment. I would like to know. Thanks.
Hi Neeta! Yes, it is applicable for this model too and has to be purchased separately. I did not highlight that specifically as many models have the ability to block using the maps in the app - which this one and A9S does not have.
Thank you so much for the useful video.Am looking for vacuum robot for my parents . They have more outdoor space than indoor. Is there any model which can clean parking tiles and my requirements is the vacuum robot does vacuum alone in parking area is more than sufficient for them not necessary for mopping . If the robo can operate in remote also sufficient not expecting more advance as they are elder people.can you suggest me☺.
Hi! What kind of dust do you see in the outdoor space? If it is small dust, you can use these models outdoor too. It does not pick up larger particles so well like leaves. I do use mine in the Balcony as well. Also are the parking tiles leveled or do they gave crevices? If not leveled, cleaning will not be good as dust can go settle in the crevices. For such scenarios- they can consider a cordless vacuum cleaner instead.
Hello mam thank you for the valuable suggestions, I was looking at the mi mop p vaccum in Amazon but the newer version doesn't support map saving. So I was exploring ilife L100. Is there any better option to choose ( I am looking for a vaccum+mopping robot within 25k price point)
Hi Apoorva, I'm guessing you are referring to this amzn.to/3CqawsU. Yes this one can be an alternative. Unfortunately - most of the ones I had recommended under 25 are not under 25 anymore. Also MI 2i is not the next version of MI mop p. For a slightly higher budget, you can consider one of these two amzn.to/3z5AaRN or amzn.to/3uhVL7l
How is the spare situation which is a very important criteria. I'll be ready to pay a premium of I can buy Spares without the help of service technicians, who seem to be beneficial to a brand in the begining, but soon they gang up and lobby to make spares unavailable in open market killing the brand esp if they are small companies. After watching the whole video I feel like the spare situation is good since we can directly buy from website
Hi! Yes, iLife spares in general have been good and sold through their website itself and also on Amazon. What I've observed is once a model becomes popular - spares become available from many different vendors too.
Which robot vaccum has both remote and app control?? In price range of below 25k?? My wife's pregnant I really need to buy one but I don't have a wifi connection in home
Hi Partha, you can consider the McTuring S9 which has remote and app OR this one amzn.to/3DgV9BF. I recommend one with mapping as cleaning performance is good. Also you can use this amzn.to/3BltjUq with the mobile hotspot technique I explain in this video.

Hi, yes in my opinion - better suction power and app support. iLife v80 does have a larger bin and an additional brush at the bottom - which may be beneficial for carpeted areas.
@@TheGrapevineIndia Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I had a really poor experience with ilife post ordering the product.
