@@Vinsmoke_Syther This is Viomi, I have the black Mi one. I have never added disinfectant to the tank as they say it may cause corrosion but you can soak the mop cloth with the disinfectant before use, as a workaround.

A very elaborate review...limitations well discussed.I am using Viomi SE since May 2021.I am very happy with the purchase.With respect to wet mopping i dilute the floor cleaner with water and spray it on the mop cloth and also I wash the mop cloth after every use,this way I get extremely good quality mopping.

How is it working after one year?...how is the after sale service of this brand?
@@priti_rawat8069I use it now for vaccumming only as mopping is done by my helper.Vaccumming is great,provided the dust tank,filters and brushes are cleaned atleast after three to four cycles.Had not serviced yet,so cannot give inputs on that.It is better we use a broom to manually clean those corners atleast a week.Mop quality will not be as good as manual mopping,even during the last one year when I didn't hire any helpers,I used the robot for mopping thrice and would manually do atleast once a week.So in all if we can periodically do manual cleaning using conventional methods,robots definitely would be great utility to any household!Do let me know if uou have any more doubts.

@@georgechonndal6324 I had been using it only for a year regularly ,post which I use it twice a week only for vaccumming as I have hired a house help.Mopping is just on the surface,but I managed with it for around a year.Had not serviced so far..
Please inform about at what point from the floor the electric point is to be fixed for charging this device
Btw you can easily spray floor cleaner directly onto your mop pad & use....works well
They are oil based... It will affect the ability of suction...
Quite useful video. I have been using this vacuum for more than 3 months and totally love it. I have scheduled different rooms to be cleaned at different times in the day and it performs perfectly without intervention. Area vacuuming is quite handy. Now I don't have to wait for the maid to clean the next day after a get together.

@@chathuryaareddy7999 same Viomi SE. Mopping is decent. I use medium level for that. Also, I have a 3 bhk and prefer to switch the mop after 3 rooms and also refill the tank. It won't remove dried stains.

Do we need internet?
Please answer my querries. I learnt from my friends that the user must allow the GPS Location and internet connection. Without this the machine won't work. Handing over the GPS location and my internet connection is totally unsafe. Why it needs the the mandatory requirement of allowing the GPS and internet connection?
GPS permission is not mandatory.
Internet connection is required to be able to control the device using the app. If you want to use it without internet, the robot can be controlled using the 2 buttons available on top of it.
Please give information on 1. warranty 2. After sales service and repair and 3. Where did you purchase the robot and where do you purchase the parts. I wanted to buy this long back but there was no warranty on any products that time and my city doesn't even have service centres. Even Eureka Forbes robot didn't have warranty that time. Have things changed?

After 1.5 years of using viomi se, my vaccume suddenly turns off at 50% battery. How to resolve this issue

Im doubtful if this will clean a duplex house. Should we carry it upstairs and downstairs and get the job done? Do you recommend this Robot for a duplex home.
Will it clean all the sticky stuffs like if some dish gets dropped on the floor , will it clean that without leaving any mark ? Also what about floor rugs n carpets , how it will adjust with them ?
No, it will not, it will stuck on the wheels, which will create an internal problem for the machine, and for carpets you need to remove and then run the cleaner.

What about floor Cleaning Liquid like phenyl for germs on floor, where can we put in this mop machine? And what about hair vegetables and small grains on floor? You Need to change the brush and mop cloth once its worn out i changed my mop cloth in a year because i keep mopping and the side brush i got it changed after 1 year 6 months. The life of these parts are shown on the app .

i dont think it has vibrating mop, thats a high end feature. Y pattern mop is a very feature too.

How much time it take to sweeping and moping , my house is 200 gaj I have I robot brawwa for moping its take 2:45 hour for moping only , some times very irritating due to time conjuming , and regularly it has undocking problem I have to undock it manually daily so plz tell me is there are any issue in this robo

for this type of machine this is the best video. i have only one doubt. Say while it cleaned the dining table bottom it was about to go to bed room. I picked it up and put on the dining table which this robot did not map earlier. Shall this act of mine confuse the robot and disturb its cycle? Please answer my query.
Thank you Pradip ji. It will clean the dining table but then you will have to keep it back on the floor. It won’t fall from the dining table. When you keep it back, it will resume its cleaning from where it stopped. Just don’t interrupt the cycle. Let it follow the map it made.

No, It gets sucked up so I always prefer to remove carpets and start then clean
I purchased viomi S9 UV cleaner theee yrs back, since then it keeps giving problem every 4-5 months. Earlier servicing was done by instrructing me on video call. Now they just not bother, they tell you to take the machine to service centre 25 kms away. I don't recommend anyone to purchase it.
Whenever I contacted them, they were always helpful in guiding me through the troubleshooting process. If troubleshooting didn't work or if they know troubleshooting is not possible for my device, they suggest me for visiting the service center for repairs, where they would take care of my issue.
Mam also one more limitation would be i guess that this device would need filtered water...and not the regular tap water for the longevity of the device

Look both electric mop and robotic mop are useful in their own way. Robotic mops do all the cleaning on their own, but yes, they need to be connected to Wi-Fi or remote or an app. So not many people are comfortable in using this, but it’s a very helpful gadget.
Coming to this electric vacuum and mop, this too is very useful and cleans the floor efficiently, but here you do not need to connect it to any Wi-Fi or use any remote or use any app. But you have to do the cleaning on your own. So both the gadgets are extremely useful. You need to decide what works best for you 😊
Now I m really confused, whether to go for Dyson vacuum cleaner or a robotic vacuum cleaner 😳 😅. You always give so much knowledge that sometimes I have to think about it twice.
I use my robotic vaccum daily and Dyson once in a week. Obviously it depends on your requirements. 😊
The functionality of robotic vaccum cleaners and regular vaccuum cleaners are different.Robotic vaccum cleaners are useful to keep our everyday cleaning effortless.I am using viomi se since may 2021 and extremely helpful for sweeping and mopping.Would anyday vouch it over a house help.I had automated the vacuuming schedule and only mopping needs interference.

Thank you. If you run it on low vacuum and mop level, then it’s almost silent. As the levels increase, naturally it has to get more rigorous so noise level too starts increasing.

Yes, it does, I purchased it 2 years ago, and I like to mop in the Y pattern (Mop feature) as it is pretty good and cleans up all the areas thoroughly.

Please don't mind, but I think generally as we all pay almost 2000 to 3000 rs per month to our maids that comes to 24000 rs per annum.... So it pays off its value in a year.

Negligible hai bill, itna jada reflect nhi karta bill pe hai , jab see mai use kar rahi hu.
Mam ek problem hai isme jaisa mujhe lagta hai yeh only ground floor ke liye hi bana hai .
You can use it on first floor as well. Multiple maps can be created. You will have to create a map for each floor and personally place the robot vacuum cleaner and dock station on the floor you want to do the cleaning.

It would depend upon the cleaning mode. Y mode takes more time than S mode. On an average, it should take around 30-40 mins to vacuum and mop a 2 BHK 😊

I am using this Viomi SE Device for more than 1 year and i haven't faced issue with the device till now , i had some doubts on mapping which Cambium support team has resolved it.

Dono products bilkul different purpose solve karte hain. This is for vacuuming and mopping only floor. Dyson se just vacuum but we can clean every corner of our house with it.. floor, sofas, windows.. fans.. decor items. So there is a lot of difference in their use dear.

The electric consumption is not much as it uses electricity only for charging. Once fully charged it does not need electricity to function.

Wifi or hotspot of mobile phone could be use to connect to your mobile phone .These connection is needed only when you use your mobile phone to control Viomi SE robot vacuum cleaner otherwise you may use it manually by pressing the power button on Viomi SE robot vacuum cleaner without using mobile phone.
