The cost of car new tires is very high, therefore damaged tires both small cut or large cut tires are repaired inside and out, they are durable and driveable provided the tires are new.
Small tires and large truck tires can be repaired, Old tires cannot be repaired

Here in America this technique is referred to as rubber welding and is actually pretty reliable when done correctly the problem is we live in a country where it's easier and cheaper to just buy another tire unfortunately not all countries haven't that easy so nicely done
amazing skill sir people who are saying that its un safe or useless are those who have become use to the American way of just buying new and not repairing and using what you have. thank you for sharing Sir
I thought this was a joke at first but holy!! I’d be more worried now about the rest of the tyre, this is pretty good!!
Unbelievable. THAT are real mechanics. THEY can REPAIR something, not simply change parts. Excellent job. Happy to see, that there are still some mechanics out there.
That took what? An hour? One and a half? Considering the average rate a mechanic charges here in Germany, it would be cheaper to buy a new tyre.
Sticking a patch over an old tyre isn’t being a mechanic.
@@annoyingbstard9407 yes it is are you nuts they are in the most elite class of mechanics, the backyard mechanic and her you see them using q technique called "nigger rigging" not my term just what this style of mechanics work is called!!👍👌
Brilliant repair tutorial. Thank you for the step by step process.
That's hella impressive! Great work!
This is an amazing skill ,you are a real professional mechanic sir .
Impressive skill. Not a choice done in other country but in a place where every cent counts, this is a way how to save and not waste a still good tire.
Wow amazing!
Good stuff....
I wonder how much longer can you drive on a repaired tire like that.
Would the repair be just like nothing has happened?
What's the material being used to do the fix?
Wow I’m impressed that man knows what he is doing
This is a lost Art. If you are ever in conditions with limited resources. These skills are key
Tyre surgery. I don't know whether you should be working on cars or in the operating room. Good job 👍
Thanks sir
With labour rates in North America, the time involved will be as much as a new tire.
Great work! Very Impressive.
Thanks sir

Impressive work of art, but not recommended for highway use.
Be fine throw it on back Axel or as spare tyre wouldn't put it on the misses car I have done this before no problems
Where’s this ? Saudi
Yea, it should have been stiched first as the cut was also through the sidwall reinforcing bands. Just slapping vulcanising patches over it doesn't give enough strength to the carcass! Makes the tyre liable to blow out.
another tire saved from the Junkyard, good job.
I got 3 tires with side wall puncher with a knife. with good thread what a waste that will be. excellent job
What type of rubber sheeting was used?
It's wonderful job but...
Were are in Malaysia....how do it in Malaysia.....
that is really well fixed.... good for 50psi
Very good
This was great, but where is the affiliate link to buy the material?
haha funny:)
Good luck sir...
Wowwww....A1👍

It's funny how people think it's a patch when it's not it's actually part of the entire tire which will not fail as easy as everyone thinks why do you think it needs heat ? It bonds to the rubber becoming one piece of solid rubber it's a repair not a patch , but keep thinking you should dispose everything and buy new ... that's the definition of a consumer because all you do is consume items at an endless pace , instead of learning knowledge about how to reuse or repair items just label it to dangerous
Eric Richard . Because they are idiots with more money than brains.
Insurance company will replace it, and risking my kids life over a tire isn't worth it
How many years have you been in the tyre industry son ?
The problem is that it's cheaper to just replace the tire. The cost of labor would be well above a new tire.
excellent result.
Bhai ya patch kabhi mat lagaanaa aaj kal sab tyre compny tyre uncondictiin waranty mya tyre replace karti hya ... patch laganya kya baad replace nahi hotaa
But this requires more time and more efforts secondly this is heat patch but there are companies which manufactures cold patch for side wall damage...simply rub the area effected and with gum salution apply the specially machine made patch.... that's it...
In India in state of Karnataka Indoflex Rubber company manufactures best quality tubeless puncture cold patches...
c'est bien pour depanner, mais pas pour le long terme... car la roue n'est plus equilibree, le poids n'est plus le meme a l'endroit il y a la reparation, trop de "boudin"
Bhai ya bike ka taire rapair ho jata hy
Solute your work
Only for city cars not for long roots it's dangerous
Amazing
Thanks
केसिंग कट हो गया हो, तो भी रिपेयर होता है क्या? इसको कोई खतरा रहेगा? रिपेयर के बाद गाड़ी की स्पीड कितने तक रखनी चाहिए?
he didn't repair it he rebuilt it
Christ man just use some vulcanizing rubber cement and a single patch. Your gonna have to put a ten pound dumbbell on the other side of that thing to balance it out.

Good
I'd like to know what glue he's using??
It's vulcanizing rubber cement
He needs to use. 3 M Scotch Weld PR 40. It welds the rubber together it will rip tire apart and the patch will stay welded to tire
How much does it cost for this repair??
Weldon
I need the location
Where
Impressive but you'd only really want to drive it at relatively low speed, like a space saver..
why?
he rebuilt the tire especially that size he can drive at any speed
But how much it cost to repair? Might as well just buy a used tire
HARZOLE TRG-210 All Purpose Cushion Gum Width: 10“ (250mm), Thickness: 1/12" (2mm), Weight: 2 lbs. And you must use vulcanizing cement or your tire will blow up on the road.
Extremely dangerous.......for cars ...for sake of video it's impressive but practically it's nothing
Sidewall repair is never recommended on radial tyre….
Impressive but not recommended :)
Niether is smoking, but millions still do. Go figure?
That repair is stronger than the rest of the tire. That’s no thin rinks sink patch. This man needs to be in the tire manufacturing business. The sidewalls of tires wouldn’t be as weak as they are now. The rest of that tire will wear out way before that repair will. That is a multiple layer repair. That part of the tire is like a super hero strong! This repair probably cost very little compared to a new tire. 3rd world countries fix what they have and don’t just throw things away. Everyone want to just toss stuff out all the time. Maybe tire companies should make better tires where the sidewalls can be repaired. So what if it’s a lot of work. Good grief. Land fills are full of things that can be fixed already.
Good work
Yesterday my car tyre busted out in the side wall because of some freaking concrete path on the road I was on over speed and I hit that and side wall tyre busted that asshole repair guy said u have to replace it but after my dad said the side wall gets fixed he was absolutely ryt I saw this video and I am speechless,
Professional great work , marvellous
yes it's illegal to do side wall repairs where are you from? i will let the police know
@@christophercolumbus8944 He is probable from India or close too, Tell the police in India and all he will need to do is give the police some money and all will be good. That's if they even care.
@@christophercolumbus8944 RAT 🐭
Britain wont approve this repair

Recommended for ALL muslims , and mandatory hi speeds only.
LOL , YOU BAD BOY ,, ,, ,,,LMFAO
🤔 Unless the game done changed since back in 03 (and I'm sure it has) that is a lawsuit waiting to happen sooner or later. Let's say that if that was permitted for instance. All materials used adds up to the same as a used tire mounted balanced and some healthy tread on it. 5 or 6 minutes flat repair 15 minutes and I'll have your vehicle suited and booted with 4 new tires. Anyway this is misleading and dangerous
For in America since the 1950s anyway
