@@chaotic_householdfoundation is supposed to cover ur skin. Bb cream I guess is good for spot correction and very light coverage if u already have good skin.
@bilbo7115 bb cream is the only "foundation" I own, and I always thought they were all like that. My mom bought it for me several years ago ( hasn't gone bad yet), but I never went out and bought any other foundation cause I don't really use makeup. So I always thought that I was supposed to get concealer to cover those spots. I didn't know with the right foundation i could cover that to. Thanks for the knowledge.
I love the Chinese one because it's a lovely mix of the usual light, natural looks that Asian make up favours (compared to Western stuff) but also just prominent enough to see it pop.
As someone who is Japanese, everyone should know that when they use makeup they tend to do a more natural and fitting look to compliment everything just right, but not make your entire face look different.
@@Aaditri44 wonder if people wear douyin style makeup in day to day life, or it’s more of an online/influencer thing. I haven’t been to China in over a decade so I have no idea.

Honestly, Chinese makeup takes form in so many styles :) a lot of reuploaders like to use makeup/fashion videos from Chinese social medias and call them mostly Japanese and Korean I would like to just say as a Chinese, Koreans and the Japanese did not *steal* from Chinese culture, long ago these countries were *part* of China. When these groups separated from China they took their original traditions and formed their own country and developed further for their own culture. So no, it’s not stealing..they once were a part of it. People forget that Chinese culture has thousands of years of history..its interesting to learn about though! I would recommend looking into the history of China if you are interested in these stuff :)
I would say Japan but in china i loved how they put like more blush on their nose and that but in Japan they are just not putting that much of makeup so I love it! ❤
I usually really like chinese/douyin makeup style more, but I'm surprised with how soft, glowy, fresh, and cute the japanese makeup looks here. I feel like the chinese one is suitable for glam, night-time look, and the japanese one is very nice for summer day look
I love your UA-cam channel! As a Korean in America, I always struggle because I get bullied that I don’t have eyelids, but your channel made me feel more confident. Especially the eyeliner video! Thank you ❤
No they are not, k beauty is glass skin with little makeup of course there are many different types but this is the main one, while Japanese makeup is more casual and cute
I love Chinese makeup a lot more! I also find that it fits better for people of all skin tones and blushy colors often don't show up on darker colors as opposed to brighter more soft/yet bold ones
I love Douyin makeup (should be the Chinese one but correct me if im wrong) as someone who just loves how the glitter is some how subtle, the spikey lashes, and darker colors fit with my skin tone its just so elegant 💖
