Yeah that is true :) But there are more than one person in charge for every steps of production:) They were just behind the camera :) They check the qualities and the unexpected errors of the machine! Thanks for watching:)
Actually……..programme designers, machine setters, maintenance staff, raw material supply, order preparation, packaging material up keep. Loads of hands on workers are needed. Cameras make things look too perfect.
How I wish we had the same technology here in our country as we have so much red soil here which we could use to make those bricks. It is so amazing to see the transformation of how an ordinary soil become something so useful that could later be the walls of a building.
In germany a brick facility/ clay facility has a los of less than 5%. A Hohlblocksteine facility has a los of about 30%. Means if you burn 100 bricks. Only 70 bricks survive. That is the difference between brick and Hohlblockstein (Brick with a lot of air/holes in it.) In germany the full brick is not used that much because it has a bad isolation factor. And because it takes an eternity to build with such small stones. In the second world war many bunkers where build with brick. They survived a lot of bombs.
you can make this dream come true all you need find right people and right place and the rest will come to you naturally, I will help you with all I can.
At one time, Lingl Corp. had a company here in the US, and I was an employee. Hans Lingl was in charge of the operations here. He was a good man to work for. I and many other Lingl employees wish we could have worked for him until we retired but it wasn't in the cards for us. It was a great work atmosphere and if you had the talent and wanted to advance, Lingl Corp. gave you the opportunity. God rest his soul. Hans died several years ago. Roger Camp
Curious if you could explain the asymetrical spacking of the bricks @4:24-34? It appears that after leaving the kiln ,the bricks are asyetrically spaced. The spacing is still very uniform so I assume it is intentional?
I PERSONALLY HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT KIND OR TYPE OF BRICK, BUT SINCE AT THIS POINT, AND I BELIEVE THE BRICK ARE GREEN, NOT DRIED OR FIRED THRU THE KILN YET, I ASSUME THEY ARE SPACED THAT WAY FOR DRYING PURPOSES. IF YOU FOLLOW THRU THE VIDEO, YOU CAN SEE LOTS OF SPACES IN THE STACKS WHICH ARE THERE FOR THE DRYING AND CURING THE BRICK THOROUGHLY. THESE BRICKS ARE SOLID FOR SOME SPECIFIC REASON. IF I REMEMBER RIGHT, OUR BRICKS WERE DRIED FOR ONE FULL WEEK BEFORE ENTERING THE KILN. I LOST MY JOB AT LINGL IN 1987, MANY YEARS AGO.@@lowerbuncombecoachworks3384
I am amazed at the operation of the paper cutting machine - in my country, the operator must press two buttons simultaneously to keep both hands well away from the moving blade. In addition, the machines must have a photoelectric barrier for safety.
Very engaging and very interestig, as always! I wonder if anyone can explain the brick spacing around 04:24-34? While asymetrical, it is still very precise and I can't imagine it is not intentional.
One of the best things in life that is...is the book. The actual feel...the actual document...the actual collection. Internet and media is for the convineancy of things but the actual is just as good sometimes better. Love bookstores and libraries.
I would like to link up with this company to explore the Possibility of setting up a similar factory in my country. We have excellent Brick making clays.
Having ''Clay' is the least of the prolems of brick making. Energy to process and fire them, plus transport, plus location of demand, PLUS cement raw materials and energy and transport etc etc. All these are why 'bricks and mortar' are largely obsolete tech. Not to mention cheap AND skilled bricklayers are scarce. There are only a few areas where 'brick built' structures are still in demand and the skills still exist.
Harga satu batu bata produksi mesin ini berapaan ya? Tak terpikirkan bikin batu bata saja oleh mesin. Di Indonesia batu bata umumnya dibuat oleh manusia.
those with three holes are for construction which rebar or gravel concrete mixture could be place to hold them tight together but the bricks without any holes are for sidewalks where people step on.
i love bricks, old ones. from 1800thies and so on. those made then, are still around, ones we make now, might fell apart in next 50 years. climate change and technology is quite different. now its for profit, back then it was to stay there. same with everything in modern world. more profit, faster, better. but bricks is nature, less radioactive as concrete and looks more natural. thanks for this video!
these arent fire brick,,they have no way to sell these retail! there are 3 more layers of businesss before they can sell them to you...go to Home Depot
I guess you don't need people in the brick factory. The robots do it all!
Yeah that is true :) But there are more than one person in charge for every steps of production:) They were just behind the camera :) They check the qualities and the unexpected errors of the machine!
Thanks for watching:)

It’s all magic. That’s why the hairy potter music.
I thought someone was controlling the machines. Kind of like when construction workers control the large crane.

yeah well, unlike numerical documents, the book will always work by itself and that's the real adventage, until the sun burns out i guess
Now we have to document how to make bricks by hand. Machines are way better but hope we dont forget the handmade ways tooo.....just in case.😉😉😉😯😯😆😆
Truly fascinating. Amazing process and not to mention all the automation.
lots of amazing things in the world :)
Bonito trabalho conheço trabalhei já trabalhei na producao .
Just saw a video that showed twenty-year-old bricks were stronger than current bricks are these bricks stronger than brick May 20 years ago?
Bricks and concrete harden and become brittle over time, newer bricks are very strong but not as brittle

Why do these bricks have 3 holes? What is the purpose of having three holes?
