*Guaraná in tea is nice.* It's a good stimulant for the morning. Less acidic than coffee. The organic farmers can sell their produce to tea manufacturers, because they usually care more about quality, than the fizzy bottle companies that go for profit alone.
I bought guarana seeds extract from gnc and opened up the pills to get all powder...the powder tastes very bitter as if pure caffeine. Not sweet at all
i hav guarana vine and it has guaranas all over it in houston texas i collect rare tropical plants im lookin for pride of burma plant or seeds and musa engens plant or seeds
Biopiracy is if they would put a patent on guaraná and making profits off of that (indigenous knowledge). Biopiracy is NOT a mini botanical garden in someone’s back garden!
@@brcardoso00 yeah they do look similar, I was looking it up and only about 60 plants in the world produce caffeine. It is possible they're mostly related by evolution to some original mega plant lol... Like marijuana... Not that I smoke the shit or anything, but I do loves me some caffeine
@@derekm424 I am Brazilian, Guaraná have same colouring of coffee when is fruit green, yellow and red it is ripe for harvesting. The other difference, Guaraná is more bigger than Coffee and have scary big eyes hahaha.

The problem is that Brazilians are not big fans of tea, we prefer coffee

Thanks for good information it will be great for farmer and consumer who would like to get green food and organic food
Is it really "green food" when it has far less yield per hectare and therefore needs more cultivated area in the middle of the rain forest?

Guarana..... Isn't that a form of the coffee plant?
Guarana isn't related to coffee, it's in the same family as lychees and maple.
