- The 3rd Separate Assault Brigade created a sergeant's school to train professional soldiers. It's a sort of intensive course for training leaders, commanders, and soldiers without leaving the battlefield.

Good to see them developing an NCO corp. it’s important to have leadership on the ground that can exploit an opportunity and take the initiative without needing permission from someone at a desk
This is literally ukraines whole problem. They still have deep rooted Russian military doctrine in their blood. They are getting better by the day tho.

@@jonthinks6238 Absolutely Sections are Cpl's/Lcps (platoon level Sergeants) and normally have to do an 8 weeks Junior NCO's course. Mine was at the Battle School Brecon. Now that was tough even for experienced soldiers.

The amount of bleeps per minute makes me think that they're training excellent sergeants.
If there's one advantage in Ukraine, since its not Natural Cover, it's the Soft Soil which makes Trench digging much easier, where I live the ground is made up of all hard CLAY! During the summer try digging that Sh*t out in the Winter 😆BTW that DOG shouldn't be leading the Breach & Clearing!
