Harvest Cake

This incredibly moist cake is made of a combination of flavorful fruits and vegetable: including carrots, apples, pineapple, zucchini, and banana. It’s a great recipe if you need to use up what’s left in your pantry!
Ingredients:
• 5 eggs
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup oil
• 3/4 cup fresh diced pineapple
•1 cup diced zucchini
• 1 cup diced apple
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1 mashed banana
•1 cup chopped walnuts
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 2 pack vanilla powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
