The options with Advanced -> Enable reviews work on my store, but also we would the complete the second step by settings - > Allow people to submit comments on new posts. Thank you for the video
@@CusRev yes.. infact my website already have 100 customer reviews.. for better looks and user interface like photo post i am choosing this plugin. But after activation people can't post their review on product page.. after submitting the loading animation just stuck.. nothing happened.. but Q & A option working fine. Anyone can ask question over there.. Only With mail reminder link people post the review..
Average reviews scores and reviews count are enabled in shortcodes by default. If you deactivated them, please enable them back by setting the "show_summary_bar" parameter in a shortcode as "true".
thanks i have a question plz. i want to hide fields Name and Email ** save my name, email, and website in this browserfor the next time i comment** this shown especially when i use cell phone. waiting your answer an d thanks again
It should be possible to hide it with custom CSS. CSS code will need to be specific to your WordPress theme, so one needs to see the page with this problem to provide the exact CSS code snippet to use.
@@CusRev thank you for answer, but it's not what I'm looking for. I want to put reviews on homepage but reviews of my store, not product. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible. To do that, you need to collect "store" reviews. Unlike product reviews, they aren't linked to any particular product but to your store in general. I still cant see or add customer reviews to my website. It seems that under settings, there is no "discussion" option for me to enable comments. I also tried to enable comments via the advanced section of products however the box does not exist on my wordpress site. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance 🙏🙏
Thanks for watching our tutorial! "Discussion" is a page in the standard WordPress settings. It is always available under the "Settings" menu in the admin panel. Could you please double check?
Thanks for watching the video! The 'email' is a mandatory field when submitting a review because WooCommerce reviews data structure requires an email field to be available. Therefore, it is not possible to remove it.
Thanks for watching the video! Yes, absolutely. Since WooCommerce reviews are based on WordPress comments, the comments moderation settings also apply to reviews. So, if you go to Settings > Discussion page in WordPress admin panel and enable the "Comment must be manually approved" checkbox, new reviews shouldn't be displayed before you manually approve them.
This is probably one of the most direct to the point information packed tutorials I have seen in a long time. Great job!
Thanks!
