I would like to ask you how can I set up free shipping but for a number of post codes only in London as I will deliver by bike, can you please let me know if I can do this and how? I have 10 postcodes in London where I can deliver myself as this will reduce the cost to customers. Thank you very much

Hey Thanks for the tutorial. I have one question what if I want to set the rate as (% of the order value + constant number) ?like 0 to 500 - it should be 10% +10 dollar ; next slab 501 - 2000 it shud be 8% + 20 dollar

I only need minimum money amount. I've set it up, but the customer can CHOOSE free shipment OR standard shipping 17$
