recently hit something and my front end needs replacing. don’t feel like spending the money at the auto body shop so this video was very informative. Does a new front end come with the clips/bolts? ‘08 G37S

My bottom mesh part of the grill 4:32 and 5:02 has a few clips at the bottom that are popped out of socket and it looks uneven. I asked 3 infiniti dealerships to correct it during my fluid changes and they all ignored it. Is it because they are too lazy to take off the bumper? I need some kind of advice. Can I try to pop in the bottom mesh part without removing the bumper by hooking one of the hole pathways and pulling it towards me with some kind of a tool by force or is it better to pay a hundred or so for labor for them to remove the bumper and put it back on? I would appreciate your feedback.

Yes, I would hold the bumper and pull the mesh grille twords you . Ther are tabs on the bumper that slide into grille they need to line up.

Do you know the name of that white plastic bracket at the top of the bumper that's the hardest to get out my mechanic had to cut them to get the bumper off

It will be a very similar removal process.

how did you put that bolt connecting to the fender and bumper together? I did removed my bumper several times and I was not able to put that bolt back on since it's sooo damn hard...

I think your referring to the bolt near the headlight. If so I can't remember exactly I think I was able to wrestle it back in. It's a poor design for sure.

I want to like this video, but the one thing i came here for, you didn't show, and that is the bolt that you have to get with a wrench at the top of the headlight, the tricky ones you say

I brought my g37 to have just the front end painted at a commercial paint business. When they reinstalled the front end there was a huge gap between the right front corner fender under the right headlight to the rest of the body. When i pointed out the gap, they told me part of the front clips were broken. Would that make sense to you. Im now paying for parts to have the bumper reattached correctly. You think they would have told me about the broken parts before they reassembled it. Now they have to take it off again wait for parts to reinstall. What do you think? NOT HAPPY.

I think they should have given you the option to add the part and do it correctly.
