    I watch this video almost everyday and I’m amazed how disastrous Travis’ cross examination was. He is not as smart as he thinks he is. You could literally see the lies he was trying to tell. It’s asinine to tell the jury that Ahmaud was attacking the truck or trying to get into his truck while trying to get away from them.

    • @archangelvvv
      @archangelvvv Рік тому +2

      Right! One LIE after the next! That's because the Stooge lacks common sense! IF the 3 Stooges had common sense, they would of stayed home that day minding their own business doing something constructive instead of getting all worked up over absolutely nothing which they clearly had a history of running out on the street armed with weapons looking for trouble. People like this need a "Boogie Man" to justify their existence. All three of them are pitiful beyond words.
      Think about it for a moment, if you looked out a window in your home facing the street and saw a person walking down the street week after week who you didn't recognize as someone who resides in your neighborhood, would you get a shotgun to confront them demanding to know what they're doing in your neighborhood?? Even if you take the shotgun out of the equation that would still be absurd. Notice how EVERYTHING they did that day was based 100% on speculations and assumptions.
      In closing, even IF they had not killed Arbery, everything else they did amounted to committing serious Felonies that were sufficient to send them to Prison for decades and all of their actions centered on pretending to be police officers. i.e. setting up road blocks, attempting to detain Arbery to question him, etc, etc, etc. Just pulling a gun on someone qualifies as a Felony Weapons Brandishing Charge that typically carries a 5 Year Prison Term, which is just one of the charges they got convicted of.

    What really strikes me, is that Travis McMichael seems ANGRY that Mr. Arbery had the audacity to not surrender himself to 3 angry white strangers with guns, using vehicles as weapons and who never had the authority to detain him in the first place.

I remember years ago, a white supremacist by name of Tom Metzger promoted this study that showed the small cranial size of the heads of black men to conclude that we couldn't reason and/or lacked the ability to use logic. However, many of the white youth that he recruited in his organization reasoned JUST LIKE Travis, his dad and Roddie. Unfortunely, it is this mind-set that is manipulated & used by our politicians on the all levels of gvnt. In addition, many of our politicians & business leaders think just like Travis. Remember Georgia Rep, Jason Spencer who pulled his pants down to stop radical terrorist on national TV due to a prank by Sacha Baron Cohen.

    01:49:21 - A crafty bit of gamesmanship by Travis McMichael’s attorney in attempting to disrupt the momentum with a spurious “tactical” objection regarding an improper form of the question. The judge simply responds “It’s a cross examination….” 😂. Later on at 01:59:56 he again attempts to disrupt the momentum by asking for a restroom break - I'm surprised Linda Dunikoski agreed to this.
    Finally at 03:00:02 during redirect, admitting that he was attempting to "rehabiitate" his client after cross was perhaps not the smartest move on the part of the defense attorney.

They don't want you to ask Travis if he heard Rash and English say that Ahmaud never stole anything. I think those were relevant questions. Both show just how ludicrous this whole thing was. Even if he stole, which there's no proof he did, you cannot chase him down and execute him. Also, Travis was standing right there when Rash and English confirmed that Ahmaud had never stolen anything. This proves Travis had another motive for killing Ahmaud.

    • @GabbieGreenEyes
      @GabbieGreenEyes 2 роки тому +2

      While you're correct that it's ludicrous to think that one can execute someone for theft, it is also highly improper for an attorney to ask such a question, and the prosecutor's behavior--immediately withdrawing the question and having no more questions--belies her intent to simply make an argument rather than ask a question of a witness. Practicing law is a highly systematic and procedural job, and asking a question like that is just bad form. It's kind of like a doctor just walking into the waiting room and saying "yep, he's dead," instead of "I regret to inform you that..." There's a sense of decorum that is required in the court, and this attorney didn't show it.

      I don't know about ga, but in my state entering a construction site is a felony. But even in ga, the dude was trespassing and that's a crime. A minor crime, but a crime. And since he was there to steal that would turn the trespassing into burglary. Whether he stole anything or not, entering with the intent to commit a crime is burglary. And you can say that I can't know what his intent was, but I think we can agree that he wasn't there to clean the carpets or borrow a cup of sugar. He was there to see if anyone left any tools there when they went home for the day so he could steal them and trade them for dope.
      And I ask you, what kind of coward watches their neighbors house get burglarized and just let's the punk run away with their stuff? I've caught burglars in my neighbors car before. I didn't call the cops, but I snuck up and grabbed him and knocked on the door and handed the 💩 over to my neighbor to deal with.
