Congratulations on 100 episodes Sam, I have watched the vast majority of them! You are a great speaker and a great listener and you have a great outlook on life; I've learned a lot of valuable lessons from these videos, as have many others. I look forward to the next hundred!

Hi Sam. Have loved listening to the podcast develop and enjoying listening to your reflection on it in this episode.
Just heard the bit about you finding some feedback helpful. I'd noticed the bit about asking lots of questions in one. Something else I would recommend, rather than asking the guests "did that make you feel like this or this" ask them "tell me how that was for you". Let them tell you about it from the start. Something I learnt years ago on some training for my job was an acronym to use for open questioning which was TED (tell me, explain, describe) if you start a question with any of those, it is automatically an open question and you are not leading or putting words in their mouth.
    Hopefully that is helpful! 😊
Can really see how your interviewing has developed. I'm a workplace coach and we use lots of different questioning styles which I can really see you developing.
Can't wait to keep hearing more episodes! Keep up the awesome work!

Well done on producing brilliant podcasts! And thank you for taking on my interview advice and mentioning it ❤️ I appreciate you accepting constructive criticism and trying your best to apply it. I've been loving the podcasts, especially Fabian's episode. I've listened to all 100 podcasts and have been loving them all. Thanks so much for the hard work and dedication you put into it 🥳❤️
