Indsatsleder, is pretty much Battalion Chief
you will find that many european response vehicles are smaller than american ones because the cities are older and you simply cant get those large ones to fit everywhere. some places built before cars was a thing and therefore have very narrow access ways.
Red vehicle with yellow markings (reflectors) is from the fire department,
yellow with a green marking is an ambulance or an emergency doctor,
white with blue marking is the police.
Indsatsleder is just like an battalion chief /incident commander.

Indsatsleder (Incident Commander)

Beredskab (Emergency Services)
Emergency Services refers to the organized services prepared to respond to various emergencies, including firefighting, ambulance services, and disaster response, aiming to protect lives, property, and the environment.

Indsatsleder is the on scene commander for the firefighter, there can be several if needed, with one appointed as in charge.
The doctor vehicle is with a trauma doctor AND a paramedic with extended qualifications.
The first truck is called auto sprøjte, like the standard us truck, But with a lot more gear on it.
Special tjeneste is heavy rescue and a special team of firefighter who uses a closed respiratory system that allow them to be inside buildings for prolonged periods, like closed circuit suba diving gear.
The different ladder trucks is because of some of the very narrow streets etc.

All in all we carry a lot more and much better gear in our smaller trucks. I am not saying this to hate on usa, but when it comes to firefighting and rescue you are light years behind.
A lot of it is due to tradition, like the use of your classic helmet design. We got helmet with inbuilt thermal vision etc

There are Æ/æ, Ø/ø and Å/å in the danish alphabet. They can all sound like some other vocals, which is annoying, but also just how it is. Æ/æ can be pronounced like the "a" in ape or ain't. Ø/ø can be pronounced like the "ir" in bird. Å/å can be pronounced like the "o" in oh or over.
The truck with the letters on can around 30 meter up in the air in feet is that 98.42 😵
And two Volvo you can see are XC90 the doctor car and XC60 fire leader 😎

Just some information. Many of the units you saw in this video like the pump and ambulances has been replaced with newer ones. You saw some of them in your video were you reacted to Nordic Emergency Vehicles Responding. By the way "Indsatsleder" means Incident commander, "Akutlæge" means Emergency Doctor, "Hovedstadens Beredskab" means Greater Copenhagen Fire Department, and "Specialtjenesten" means the Special team. They are specially trained in handling difficult situations such as shootings with many casualties, large and complicated fires, and rescues on the water.
