Life pro Tip: BoE items do count towards LFR requirement as long as they are in your backpack. Buy them, take them out of your mailbox, queue up and sell the BoE after you got your LFR drops. There is no need to bind them to you. 🤑
So I have 12 characters at level 70 for dragon racing and you can get 12 racer purses a week on each character containing about 500 gold each. That's 72,000 gold for roughly 6 or 7 hours of racing a week. Is this a good time/gold ratio or is it better to just do a profession to make more gold with less time?
Worth noting that the droprate of green 415-424 items was nerfed by a lot, so they are selling for a lot more rn and it can be a bit pricy to gear alts after this change
Your addon is telling you that the profit on Dracothyst is ~165 gold, and that is including multicraft procs. That isnt really a great way to earn gold. :P
Like stated in the video, due to reset day and the start of the season we saw material prices increase while dracorhyst crash due to people’s stockpiles so dracothyst now is in a really weird spot. However, it should recover and stabilize like before which then goes back to good profit. In the meantime, transmute alchemy on your alts is still really great for the awakened transmutes as they have about a 80% profit margin atm
Gold making in this expansion sux. Big time. And thats the only real thruth. Mats cost more than any crafted item so craft anything lead u to gold loss only. Gathering herbs and ores r worth only and even that its not a big buck.
Ok, would like to talk about transmutting Dracthyst. For the past several weeks I've been selling the mats to make Dracthyst since they have been selling above the AH price of said item. Of course you might proc an additional transmute, and save some mats in the process, but the one thing selling the mats has in its favor, there is no limit on the amount mats you list... beyond your time farming them. Additionally if you getting these mats from mining, you're going to end up with gems that can be extracted from ore. Either way one will probably break even regardless of whether you sell either mats or the transmute.
Hasta cierto punto crei que compartir info de cono hacer oro era buena, pero ahora veo que la competencia ah crecido demasiado, mejor regresar a la venta de carry
New to the game here, I got a random BOE shoulder drop from the new raid and literally sold it for $500K. That was more than 5x my career in game and I screamed
There is a problem with dracothyst, with the addition of the legendary weapon that needs the same components so the dracothyst rn is on the losing money side
Hi. Love your videos as always. I have a question about the skinning farm. Ok, u mention u can farm the 3 rares in one day ..is this on the same toon?. For me the bait CD last waay too long. Wondering If I miss something with placing my knowledge points..
Yes you can farm them all on the same toon! The bait cooldown is 12 hrs but every time you skin a mob you reduce it by 30ish minutes - so just skin some things, go to the next location, spawn the rare and repeat!
Thank you for watching! Yea, right now dracothyst is in a limbo spot due to the release of season 3… prices of mats vs crafted dracothyst should settle down within the next few weeks, but you can also focus the other transmutes which are super inflated rn!
Getting rich in wow takes a combination of methods plus patience and finding the right time to sell (knowing the AH and peak times) it actually takes some work
Some quests have their loot tables changed but when the gold buff is active you can take advantage of the gold earning world quests for some really good raw gold!
@@Penguinr2gt It has helped me out a great deal already, thank you. I watched one of your shorts and made 50k Gold last night and have another 50k+ to make when i get some time. Fastest ROI for a wow channel for me in almost 20 years of playing. Thank you again.
Hey Penguin! Just curious on how you feel about gathering at this point in the expansion? Hopefully you plan to make a video on it. Thanks for your great content!
In general, gathering (as in mining ore, skinning mobs, gathering herbs) is pretty bad in terms of gold per hour - however if you need to make some starting gold, it’s something you can consider since it requires time instead of gold. I would never gather for fun lol
@@Penguinr2gt Wicked, thanks for the response! One of my alts is maxed in both herb and mining, and I am debating dropping them. But I don't want to start a new profession over either lol... so I think I'll just casually gather on him and send it over to my alch/jc for processing. Save some gold on consumables and mats at least.. Thanks again!
Worth noting that the Skinning option is not easily done over multiple alts. Getting one of the 15 Knowledge papers from the consortium requires 2500 Rep, so unless rep is shared between characters this is not easily done on many alts as the video leads you to believe, getting 2500 rep will take a good bit of time. You kind of need the 50 knowledge to start and the guide video they made leaves you with around 10 ish points missing due to the reputation deficit.
Right after this video was recorded/published the nerf to BoE farms happened causing the prices of those items to rise :/ - a cheaper option is to look into buying verdant pvp gear, they are ilvl 412 so a little bit less than the 424 requirement but if you have some other higher pieces you may still be able to hit that goal!
Thanks for watching everyone! There’s also 2 races this rotation in Azure Span that I didn’t mention… I swear I can count to 9! 😅

amazing tip lol i had no clue
How do you do all 3 of the skinning dailies the bait has a 12hr cooldown?
Each time you skin a mob, the timer goes down by 20 minutes
Ahhh ok I see now. Just returned to the game and out of the loop. Thanks for the reply!@@Penguinr2gt

There is a LOT of botting of Zaralek glowspores this week. Tons of Druid bots farming there.
Look up dreamleaf/blood of sargeras farm in Val. In current 10.2... I make 20-30k per hour. Good guide though.
Worth noting that the droprate of green 415-424 items was nerfed by a lot, so they are selling for a lot more rn and it can be a bit pricy to gear alts after this change
Very true! It could also make a few interesting goldmaking opportunities 💰💰
Flavor pocket farm on as many toons as you can (most of my 28 are still at 60) going strong as people move their crafts around with new sparks
Flavor pockets is also a great farm! Thank you for the reminder!
I love dragonrides but sometimes theraces do not give gold but dream essence
It’s due to the world event, avoid doing the race when its active and you’ll be fine!
Am I missing something but [Elusive Creature Bait] has 10hr+ cooldown so how can you do all 3 skinning dailie.
Each time you skin a mob it goes down by 20ish minutes. So you spawn a rare, kill/skins some creatures, go to the next rare, repeat!
1 char cant do all 3 of these dailies due to bait being on 12hr CD right??
The bait's cooldown reduces by 20 minutes every time you skin something. So you summon a rare, skin some mobs, summon second rare, etc.
thank you thank you :)

Im making plenty of gold with crafting in DF
Hi Thanks for video.can i gain 280g proft per character cooldown tiloring per day in best stat?
Multicraft is generally the best stat for cloth cooldowns but it depends on your overall skill/stats

watching this after losing 40k playing death rolls during raid night
hope you can make some gold back! 🙏

Amazing!!! Congrats on the great drop
Where are these dailies picked up?

Dracothyst and the cloth cds are both a loss of money without lucking out with multicraft. Almost rather just sell the mats honestly.
Thank you for all your positive videos. Do you know if there is inscription drop for the new reputation in emerald dream to give bonus reputation
Yea there’s a new contract recipe for the dream wardens that comes from the super bloom event
@@Penguinr2gt thank you have a fantastic night

I never knew!. Thats why I follow u lol. Thanks so much.
How do you skin 3 the rare's daily when there is 12 hours CD on the bait?
The cooldown lessens as you skin creatures so summon the rare, kill some mobs, go to next location and repeat!
@@Penguinr2gt (Responding from my other youtube)
Ahhh! I didnt even know that was a thing - thank you 😅
I like donuts
In the video you said you were able to do all 3 skinning mobs but the bait is on a 12 hour timer?
Desollar mobs comunes reduce el tiempo de carga 20mins
The timer goes down as you skin creatures, so you can summon the rare, kill some mobs/skin them then go to the next one!
Great video, but it is worth noting, that you are taking a loss when transmuting Dracothyst on eu realms

The new recipes and reagents have literally no demand, gold making is pretty much dead. Wow tokens are your best bet. Mission accomplished blizzard.
Thats just a lie. Everything is selling out.
If you are resorting to wow tokens, you are doing something wrong
