- Dominique Claseman built Olivia, Minnesota a veterans memorial for his Eagle Scout project. He finished it before his 17th birthday.

Eagle Scout. Class of 2003. This is what scouting is all about.
What an amazing young man. It's no surprise he wants to be a nurse. Well done young man well done.
There’s always that saying, “the kids these days” well this young man…just proved people wrong!! For that young man’s determination to see it thru from start to finish…makes him a hero…in his own right!
There are a lot of good kids out there, the media just never bothers to report on them, rather all the negativity instead.

One of the kids I mentored for many years installed flat pole bases along the entrances into the town cemetery as his Eagle Scout Project....the VFW was there to help too, but he raised all the money, and did all the work. Now every Memorial Day, and Veterans day those flags line then entrances to the cemetery.
This is just incredible. What a heart Dom has. Our Father is an Army Disabled Vet and this brought tears to my eyes. Thanks so much Dom. You make us all proud. God Bless.
Good to know folks are still raising em up proper this kid should be all over the news to set an example for others i live in colorado we have a few vet memorials my favorite is in evergreen bergen open space park when ever im near i visit it memorialises fallen heros of the area from different wars my pops was a marine i scattered some of his ashes on a hill overlooking the memorial the rest are in alaska along the kenai river so he can go fishing in what he said is the closest place to heaven on earth alaska

Today would have been my Dad's 89th birthday: he was a veteran and what this young man did: wow. 🥺😥 but also 😊😊😊🇿🇦

As soon as I saw the headline, I knew it had to be an Eagle Scout project. Not all of them are this grand. You don't hear much positive about boy scouts these days because of detractors and media agendas here and there. God and country. Physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight. Nice job, young man.
