    if you have everything you can do it modular fashion to reduce the 48 months time limit, unless oxide is limited in quantity

    I hope that Indian Govt would consider to further develop the I-PHWR design to a capacity of 900-MWe.
    As the PFBRs continues to get delayed its best that Indian Govt must consider to Sign a deal with Russia for for Construction & T-o-T of "BN-800 FBRs" in India by BHAVINI.
    At the same time the focus must be to firstly set up BARC's indigenous 900-PWR & then increase scale up the Design to a capacity of 1000 to 1500-MWe.
    Nuclear Energy must become contribute at least 10% of India's total Electricity production till year 2035 & up to 20% till year 2050.

      We have deign and talent . We can develop our own reactor of any power we need.
