Welcome to another Wella hair dye swatch video. After a long time of maintenance and brassy colour, I've decided to turn things down a few notches and go back to my roots using the Wella Koleston Perfect 4/71 hair dye.
Does dark hair suit me better?
TOOLS:
1 Tube Koleston Perfect dye (2 ounces)
2 Ounces 20 vol cream developper
Plastic mixing bowl
Dye Painting brush
DIRECTIONS
1. Squeeze tube of Koleston Perfect hair dye into plastic mixing bowl
2. Measure 2 ounces of Wella 20 volume developper
3. Pour developper into plastic mixing bowl
4. Mix well
5. Section hair from the ear down and clip the top portion
6. Paint hair strips and well coat all sections
7. Leave on for 25 minutes
8. Wash hair with shampoo and conditioner

The 4/71 is a ash. 4/00 is a neutral.

do you apply this or dry or wet hair?
You have to have a cosmetology license to get that color line I use it everyday it’s my go to color line. Covers grey so nice. Has a very diverse color range.
Not necessarily do you need a license to get professional color. it depends on where you live and European countries like Bulgaria you can buy professional colour without a license.
Most professional brands require a license it violates there diversion policy and if injuries result it voids the company from getting involved should something happen. In the USA if you buy products that are for professionals your license can be revoked.
@@ronaldhartfordjr8299 I don’t have a license I live in Europe and I buy the professional stuff. Because I can’t afford to spend $1000 a year to get my hair done.
