I did one addition, i also had spread garlic red chutney with peanutoil over the dhoklas. It tasted yummy. Its now superhit at my home. Thanks A TON!!

મનિષાબેન, આથો સરસ આવવા દેવો અને એક-બે થાળીનાં ઢોકળા ઉતરે એટલું ખીરું તપેલીમાં કાઢી સોડા ઉમેરવા. બધા ખીરામાં એક સાથે ઉમેરશો તો સોડાની અસર ઓછી થઈ જશે અને ઢોકળા ફૂલશે નહિ.
It's depend on weather. If you make it in monsoon season then you can use it till 8-10 hours. We use lemon or citric acid for prepare the besan dhokla but in this dhokla curd is the must.

I tried this recipe today but my dhokla was not khata how to make it khatta
Add medium Sour Curd and put it under sunlight for more time or you can keep it in warm place for overnight.
