    Preparation Time: 10 minutes
    Ingredients:
    1.Ladies finger (Okra) - 1/2 Kg
    2.Oil - 2 tsp + 2 tsp
    3.Garlic - 1 tsp
    4.Ginger - 1/2 inch
    5.Green chillies - 4 to5 no.
    6.Curry leaves - few
    7.Onion chopped - 2 no.
    8.Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
    9.Cumin powder - 1/4th tsp
    10.Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
    11.Hing - 1/4th tsp
    12.Salt - 1 tsp
    13.Garam masala powder - 1/4th tsp
    14.Lemon juice - 2 tsp
    15.chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
    16.Grated Cococnut - 1/2 cup
