I've been doing this for about a couple of months, based on your previous video, and it's been very beneficial. I have far less discomfort, in a far greater range of motion and an alignment issue I discovered in my left hand when I started, where my palm couldn't flatten out at (slightly) more extreme ranges has completely disappeared. Thank you, so much.
I highly recommend this channel and the subscription service for in depth training guides and much more. Adam has a great community waiting for you, go for it
This is an awesome UA-cam channel. Thank you, guys. Please keep up the awesome work. This channel deserves to have a million subscribers. Seriously. Please keep it up, guys.
After just 1 round my wrist pain is already less! Can’t wait to progress with these and finally do normal push ups and handstand again, even bar muscle ups started to hurt lately. I’ve been neglecting wrist mobility too long and only doing paralleletes/rings.
Thanks bro for spreading your expertise! Really valuable information offside the common tipps on social media. Your warmup helped me to have a stronger wrist than ever in just 2 months🔥
Great video! It would be cool if you could make a video like this on FOOT and ANKLE mobility and strengthening. You already did it in the past, but it's not as clear as this one.
A massive thanks in advance, I'm back in calsthenics and feeling pain in my right wrist after push-up workout. Will implement your exercices in my warm-up and see if there is any improvement ! One question : During the video, you send us to the older version of your warm-up routine instead of the one you made 2 weeks ago. Any reason ?
When we talk about ‘oiling the joints’ - ‘sinovial fluid’ etc,is there any chance you could go into more detail about this! For example, does joint fluid increase/decrease with activity-does sinovial fluid stay only in the joint areas or does it move around! Hope this makes sense.much love, from the 🇬🇧 x
When you do exercises like this, you increase the fluid amount in the joint - and this is the only way to do so as far as I know - no supplements will help you more than proper movement.
Bro make a routine for back. I'm making workout guides too, ant thought everything will be Ok. And it was...but only in workouts, yesterday I laid down on bed and somehow hurt the back...it's better today but feel like I should do something
Dude, in all of your videos, you reference other videos of yours, telling people to check them out. It would be a really amazing if you could post those links in your video description please. This is the third video of yours I have watched and I am really enjoying your channel, but in each video you say to check out another video and I am going off searching for something completely unclear what exactly I am looking for. I hope this helps.
Definitely downloaded the app about a month ago and now my forearms are growing!! Thanks man
Great to hear!

I've been injured for the past 3 weeks. I really needed this. Thanks!
🙏🙏
Super helpful, thank you! I'm appreciating my wrists so much more with frequent handstand practice!
Wonderful!
Exactly what i wanted, thanks a lot Adam for all your quality videos😊.
Love from India 🙌🏻
Nice. When I trained martial arts we did a lot of push-ups so I circumvented the wrist issue by doing them on clenched fists. This is better.
Good stuff!
I will 😊 the warmups to my exercise regimen, and thank you for your training tips.
Click as soon as I could I need this
💪💪
Say whaaat??🤔
The video I've been expecting for a looooong time! Thank you, Sir!
Hope you enjoyed it!
I do this routine every time before my training and it helps a great deal, especially in the handstand practice!
That's great!
Thanks for this video.☺️
I'm suffering with extreme wrist pain,
Whenever I do a planche or handstand it got worse.

Can you make a video how gymnastics do recovery training sessions?
Please answer. Am I to do this every day? Thank you in advance.

5:27 can we talk about this bump on the wrist. What the heck is that. I think I might have something like that too.
Disgusting weakness...
Is there any way to increase the supination and pronation range of motion? Like increase how much I can twist my wrist
Practice is the only way! Including rotational movements of the shoulder.
@@GymnasticsMethod got it, thanks!

Usually I put the most related ones on the end screen! Yeah it’s pretty complex, that’s why I refer to each thing 😄
@@GymnasticsMethod Thank you 🙏

Irrelevant question but I wonder how high does Gymnast jump?
I want to see you measure your vertical leap.😂😂
