    I've been doing this for about a couple of months, based on your previous video, and it's been very beneficial. I have far less discomfort, in a far greater range of motion and an alignment issue I discovered in my left hand when I started, where my palm couldn't flatten out at (slightly) more extreme ranges has completely disappeared. Thank you, so much.

    After just 1 round my wrist pain is already less! Can’t wait to progress with these and finally do normal push ups and handstand again, even bar muscle ups started to hurt lately. I’ve been neglecting wrist mobility too long and only doing paralleletes/rings.

    Really valuable information offside the common tipps on social media. Your warmup helped me to have a stronger wrist than ever in just 2 months🔥

    Nice. When I trained martial arts we did a lot of push-ups so I circumvented the wrist issue by doing them on clenched fists. This is better.

    A massive thanks in advance, I'm back in calsthenics and feeling pain in my right wrist after push-up workout.
    Will implement your exercices in my warm-up and see if there is any improvement !
    One question : During the video, you send us to the older version of your warm-up routine instead of the one you made 2 weeks ago. Any reason ?

    When we talk about ‘oiling the joints’ - ‘sinovial fluid’ etc,is there any chance you could go into more detail about this! For example,does joint fluid increase/decrease with activity-does sinovial fluid stay only in the joint areas or does it move around! Hope this makes sense.much love,from the 🇬🇧 x

    • @GymnasticsMethod
      @GymnasticsMethod  Рік тому

      When you do exercises like this, you increase the fluid amount in the joint - and this is the only way to do so as far as I know - no supplements will help you more than proper movement.

    Dude, in all of your videos, you reference other videos of yours, telling people to check them out. It would be a really amazing if you could post those links in your video description please. This is the third video of yours I have watched and I am really enjoying your channel, but in each video you say to check out another video and I am going off searching for something completely unclear what exactly I am looking for. I hope this helps.
