I appreciate anyone who gives out recipes for free, so I am not judging. However, for those who love to cook and spend hours in the kitchen hoping for great results with every recipe they test, I do recommend studying Greek or Turkish artisan bakers for this. You will learn how to handle phyllo, how to add the butter, use different types of fillings, and how to avoid a soggy filling.
Recipe did not work when I followed it to a T it came out raw I raised the temp to 300 that cooked it all the way and I also put it on a mesh trey so the juices did not make it soggy
In preparation is fine as long as the foids cooked about 85 degrees.. I prefer gloves im am allergic to most raw or seafoods. My pet hate is bear hands with salads or handing food its a no no . And wash hands as you go,clean areas.
