With just one sweet potato and no need for an oven, you can make delicious sweet potato sticks or sweet potato balls. These are both very easy recipes to make and they taste fantastic. Recipe 1 :
Sweet potatoes 500g
Steam for 10 minutes
Chili powder 1/5tsp
black pepper 1/5tsp
Garlic powder 1/4tsp
Salt 1/5tsp
Cooking oil 2tbsp
Corn starch 2tbsp
Tapioca starch 1tbsp
Can be replaced with potato starch or tapioca starch
Hot cooking oil
Fry for 10 minutes
Recipe 2 :
Sweet potato 250g
Steam for 20 minutes
Sugar 30g
Tapioca starch 100g
Milk 80ml
Cooking oil 1tbsp
Fry 15 minutes
