Recipe :
2 Potatoes 500g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mix
Leave for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes
Water
Hot water
Salt 1/3tsp
Stir for 1 to 2 minutes
Cold water
Garlic powder 1/3tsp
Black pepper 1/5tsp
Chili powder 1/3tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Corn starch 3tbsp
Cooking oil
Fry for 9 minutes
