Replacing the Tailgate Handle on the Silverado

The handle on the latch for the tailgate is broken on this truck and the tailgate won't open. Thankfully, though, it's really a super easy fix and pretty cheap. Takes only about 5 minutes and that's with me having to screw it back on twice after doing it wrong the first time!
This process and part is specifically for the 1999 to like 2007 GM trucks (Silverado, Sierra), but actually is pretty much the same process on a bunch of different years and models.
