    Nobody make potential customers about what are the cons of project and builder. 99% builders built trap from these vdos and advt to trap buyers. They rule buyer without any commitment to deliver as per promise. These agencies have also sold their ethics to be present in market to whom buyers can rely upon. Unfortunate for gov't too keeping deaf and dumb on builders loot.
