As an intern who does rotation in the ward and ER, your list couldn't be more true. It really is a no nonsense watch. I've had several casio watch before, and it's either too simplistic, or so packed with impractical feature no one really need. Most of us don't really travel accros 5 different timezone on a daily basis (looking at you, ae1200). I'm a male with 6.5 inch wrist, and I find any watch more than 42 mm diameter is just too bulky. So this watch form factor is making it even more perfect for me though its marketed for women. I think the designer over in casio really does need to consult some women to cut all the BS feature and form factor. Thanks for the recommendation, been using it for a week now.
I'm so glad to hear that! And I bet you're super proud of yourself, when you see your huge step total at the end of the day as well. Keep it up, my friend!
You might want to check out the Casio AE-1300WH. It has alarms but also "chain countdown timers." So you can go 5min-10min-23min-etc up to I think 5 chained timers that repeat. It also has worldtime and a stopwatch. I use it as a "pomodoro" timer.
Hi Marcel! I had to go look that up. Is it this one? www.casio.com/us/watches/casio/product.AE-2000WD-1AV/ Looks very cool... I can't believe your watch from the 80s is still working...
I never knew. I think if I used the hourly chime to remind myself to get up from my desk and walk around the office, it would add more years. Sitting is the new smoking. With my skinny wrists I think I could get away with the women’s version. Happy New Year Anne.
Happy New Year, Jack! Oh shoot, I was gonna put a link to that study. I'll see if I can find it and put it in now. Yes, I had a man who also liked cassio watches. Try it on and he felt totally comfortable with it. Honestly, it really wasn't much smaller than his A158 or whatever it was, he was wearing. But the strap is not long enough for people with big wrists and on Amazon, there are a lot of negative reviews because it's listed as a men's watch and then men with large wrists, buy it and are like, what the heck is going on here. Thank you for watching. Have a great New Year!!
Oh my goodness; I didn't even think about putting a longer strap on it. It actually looked totally normal and not out of place on the small-wristed Casio-loving man I showed it to last week. It isn't much if any smaller than some of the other "regular" Casios. Thanks for this helpful comment! :)

That is really interesting. So the watches are 60 times less accurate or so than they were before. I bet those watches were really expensive. But now it is you can sync your watch to your phone or to, I don't know what they're called - hose things that send out the time signal so your watches can sync LOL.
Thanks for writing, Elizabeth! 😀 💐
