I love your dragon eyes! Woohoo! You are brilliant with your explanations girlfriend! Love them! Beautiful colours! I’d love to see turquoise and pink. Love and huggles girlie ❤❤❤
Laughed 😂so hard when you said no! Acrylic Inks! Cos I do that all the time and have to resrt to voice overs 😂😅😅 This is clever, and I'm so glad I got to watch! They turned out awesome, Kim! I like green 💚 and gold ✨️
New subbie!! These are beautiful girl!! Id never heard them reffered to as dragon eyes!! Id love you to do red and dark yellow together with some brown in it too 😂 I'm a fall color girl!! 💖 I love resin art so I'm so excited to have met you on TAS'S fantastic group chat!! Great video!!! Tip on mixing your mica fully with no clumps, mix the pigment in your cup with just a tiny amount of alcohol to make it like a paste consistency then add your resin into that and it will work beautifully no lumps!! Looking forward to watching you!! ❤❤❤
Thanks for the tip! I'll have to try that for sure. Don’t know why that didn’t occur to me to do since I do that for blooms and other acrylic pouring! Thanks for the smack up the side of the head. 🤣. Thank you also for Subbing! Great to have you along for the ride! 💙🩵💙
Ooohhh Juliana that color combo was the first one I tried! I did post it. Then I wanted to try and do it again - and I tried and tried and tried and all I got was green!! 🤷🏻♀️
Thanks Tonja! I love these dragon 🐉 eyes/scales. Such cool effect and easy to do. I need to balance out the hard to accomplish flowers with a few easier ones to do. 😅
Ooooh those 👀👀👀! The blue is perfect- my sort of colour 🤣! If those eyes starred at e in the dark I may freak. They look awesome. Kim- a great result for your efforts. 🇳🇱🙋♀🥝
Lovely blues, wonderful to watch. As for colour suggestions I don’t really know but maybe a marmalade orange, gold and black ❤I’d love to say purples as it’s my fav colour 😂 wonderful work Kim, a joy to watch 😊🫶🏻✨
This is such a cool look, Kim. You will have to forgive my ignorance when it comes to resin. Can you get this effect if you use colors like dark teal and dioxizine purple? Or do you need a light color in the mix, too? This is a lot like playing mad scientist... aka alchemist 😊 🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁
Totally mad scientist Tera! With resin you never know what you are going to get. You can combine any colors you like however you never know which one will be prominent- at least I don’t! So far the color combinations I’ve tried with purple- the purple was always lost. That why I did that one called Purple Perfection that was purple with purple. I was determined to get a purple coaster. 🤣
Kim there's a lady talking about not wearing a mask while using resin made her very sick. Dizziness, upper respiratory problems. Please wear a mask. ❤ this. prayers 🙏
Great work Kim, I love that crackle effect... it makes it look very "organic" somehow. Thanks so much for sharing,
aaaand have a great weekend. 🙂
Thank you Thomas! This effect is sooo cool!
I’m here again 😊
Wow
Well done 👏 Kim
You rock my friend!! Do you ever sleep?!? 🤣

Yes resin has the potential to cause harm. I use non VOC resin and I have an air purifier in my room. Thank you for your concern and care. ☺️💙🩵💙
Can these be used with UV Resins as my Dr has forbidden me working with 2 part resins.
Unfortunately no. This effect will not work with UV resin. I’m going to put out a video soon on this where I try it using using UV resin.
